Watched gal cooking eggs chewing her bubble gum, blowing & bursting big bubbles while cooking. Could only imagine her spit being distributed over the eggs she was cooking. Nasty - judy plain nasty. I sat at the counter & individual who appeared to be shift leader hung on the counter in front of me barking instructions and off colored remarks to staff on duty. Just simply nasty - will never go back again. A real dirt pit!!!!!

While I don’t have a problem with the food, I was treated very rudely by waiter Gavin, I don’t believe he have the training he needs to be working in customer service especially if you are colored. This individual saw my fiancé and I having a conversation with another customer and he proceeded to bring the bill to our table without asking if we were fine to leave. After having our conversation with the customer beside us I walked to check out ant the counter observing the workers movement on duty which gives off “you’re served, eat and leave asap because you are colored.” Mind you as I observe everything my fiancé is there with the bill in his hands trying to get into his wallet but in doing so GAVIN decided to snatched the bill out of hands which led us not to tip this waiter any amount in favor because he was impatient and showed very racist behavior towards us. Just a reminder to Gavin you never judge a books by its cover, we may be colored and dressed simple that have you think we cannot pay our price or wouldn’t mind the way we are treated because we approach you in a way of poverty but that’s not our true identity. I have the privilege and ability to sue you for your act of racial discrimination against my fiancé and I.

Gage gave us 10/10 service! So sweet and friendly. My family and I are visiting out of town from Los Angeles and immediately felt welcomed by all the employees at Waffle House. Want to reiterate how GREAT Gage’s service was if you want entertainment with your meal request him as your server!

We stopped here to eat in 2023. We traveled from central Pennsylvania for baseball. We had great service & Gage is who brought us back in 2024! Food was great but the service was even better.
