Very wonderful experience Laura and the rest of the crew were kind, helpful, and accommodating. Waffles were cooked through, hashbrowns were crispy, and I would come back again.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The waitress herself was polite and attentive, but the food was completely unacceptable. My order was not cooked the way I asked — the eggs were cold, runny, and inedible. Even though the restaurant was busy, I still paid full price for food I couldn’t eat.
What made it worse is that the waitress never offered to have the food remade. Instead, the only thing she asked was if I wanted tea to go. That’s not good customer service.
Overall, I left unsatisfied and feeling like my money was wasted. A busy restaurant is no excuse for poor food quality and lack of proper service recovery.
