Food is good, but every time I go there employees are very rude in the drive thru . No napkins. Don’t say hi, or thank you . They don’t even smile when handing out the food after I just spend $15 on lunch ? that’s poor business. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on

I just placed in order and of course, the a I system messed it up, and when I proceeded to let them the girl at the drive through window, know her attitude was through the roof. Thank god and immaculate review for the manager a.Young hispanic gentleman who was extremely understanding and took the time to listen before having attitude and speaking over me. I don't understand why these young girls work in customer service and fast food. If you want to carry on an attitude like that, get a higher paying job where you can boss people around. When you're incorrect go back to school.

Orders are a hit or miss. They recently started using AI for order taking so I'll see if their accuracy improves somehow.
I have never been more compelled to review something in my life. This location is terrible! What I thought was just one-off experiences has turned out to be regular occurrences. The staff will regularly argue with and put down each other in front of costumers, as well as arguing with customers. One time I saw a woman re-lap the drive through because they forgot her four piece nugget. The staff said she was wrong. That she never ordered it. It turned into a five minute ordeal of them arguing with her and they refused to give her the nuggets she ordered. I believed her because getting orders wrong is a common thing with them. Whenever I visit, I assume my order will be wrong and it usually is. I just came back from what now is my last visit to this location. They introduced AI at the drive through. The AI recorded that I had ordered a lemonade. However, once at the window, I was told I didn’t order a lemonade. Even though I saw it appear on screen. The girl at the window was really nice, she tried to make it right and explained the AI makes mistakes sometimes. Her leaders berated her for trying to ring in a lemonade for me and disrupting the order queue. They even questioned me, saying that if it wasn’t on the order I didn’t order it. There I am, in a four way argument at a drive through window over a lemonade. I’m done. This place is right around the corner from my house and I will happily drive by it on my way to anything else from now on.

Take the extra time to go to the Wendy’s at 27 and 50. I’ll never use this Wendy’s again. It’s been one problem after another.
Two weeks ago, they processed my mobile order and then told me at the window they had no chicken nuggets and instead tried handing me a kid’s meal bag of spicy chicken nuggets for my toddler. When I refused, they said they couldn’t help me and I had to cancel the order with customer service over the phone.
Tonight, we ordered meals via Grubhub. The driver said the Frosty was melting when she picked it up, and the staff refused to remake it. We were also missing multiple items in the bag.
Stay far away from this place.

Avoid this place at all costs. These very special individuals decided to not allow swaps on the Krabby Patty Meal even though the ice cream machine did not have pineapple ice cream. So they gave us two chocolate pineapple frosties, which were basically inedible. Truly fantastic individuals. The entire staff needs to be fired.

The last 4 visits I have gone to this particular Wendy's, they have been out of different products I wanted to buy. FYI- I have been going between 5-7pm, not an unusual time) First they had no chicken wraps. Then, no baked potatoes, then no Coke Zero, then, no vanilla frosty. I have to ask, what's going on? Is this just really bad management? I was so excited to see this Wendy's come into Clermont and now I feel like, what's the point of going if they never have what I want?
