I AM NOT A FAST FOOD PERSON EXCEPT once in a blue moon I feel for an ice cream cone. But BURGER KING and MCDONALDS Clewiston Ice cream machine is NEVER WORKING. ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE. AKA THEY DONT WANT TO CLEAN IT—LAZYBUNCH— LOL.

All BK stores are supposed to have the same quality and that doesn't happen regularly. If you want to have an example of good taste and service, visit this branch. The burger was PERFECT, the fries were freshly made... We enjoyed it very much.

The Burger King along with half of the replaced in town are disrespectful, the workers are horrible. I went to just use the bathroom and order a sandwich at 9:18pm inside the doors were locked I asked the manager if I could please use the restroom she said no I googled and it said they don’t close until 10:30pm so I knocked again and she came to the door and I said online it says you guys don’t close until 10:30pm I just need to use the restroom I’ll go through drive through to Oder no worries she said noooo because they had already cleaned the bathroom. Nasty people all around. I will be calling corporate even if they don’t do anything about it at least they should be aware of their workers adjusting time for their needs!

Horrible all around. Their shake machine NEVER works, and God help you if you order something on their app and it's sold out or unavailable. You will. NEVER see that money again and you won't get the food either. Staff was very unhelpful, said I had to submit a ticket to have the order cancelled. Add to all of this that those drive through will practically shriek at you with a pre-recorded awful message, and you have yourself a good picture of the shameful state this pace is in. And those shakes they said they didn't have? Saw a worker on the line shoveling soft serve in his face and then handling food. Pathetic.
