I think its absolutely crazy how these girls who were on shift during my visit.

The blonde one with glass a white girl very rude hurrying our order when we took our time to enter and she kept looking at my father very demeaning.

But that is not my complaint because sadly another man way before us was waiting and they purposely ignored him both drive thru and he came in to request his food and they completely ignored and denied his precense and once he left the establishment they started to say oh why did he leave where is he oh he's just complaining for his drink when first of all he had it already the only item they gave him.

The poor man look like he finished a work shift and wanted to eat. Those other 2 girls present are accepting of this behavior which is totally uncalled for.

They can make up excuses all they want but realistically I have no reason to make my way out for a company review and hope you guys fix this

These people need to get their priorities straight how can you not make food and have a whole team there utterly ridiculous the rudeness and racism to everyone.

We stopped at this Burger King on our way home today. I went to use the bathroom and my husband waited. The girl at the register asked my husband a couple of times if he was ready. He was not as he was waiting on me. So when I came out we stood waiting for approx 3-5 minutes before I had to get the ladies attention standing at the fries. She called for a girl in the back to come up. She immediately had a bad attitude and said “how many times do I have to ask him.” My response was until he’s ready. The whole time we were there she was talking to her do workers about us. And the manager stood and listened and never once told her to stop or that it was inappropriate. Let’s just say we won’t be back to this store. Have a great day Harley. Oh and I ordered onion rings and got fries!

Great place to get out of the heat!! Get the frozen drinks but watch it you will get brain freeze or throat freeze if you drink to fast. Service was quick and food came out fresh and fast. Never have issues coming here after a day on Lake Okeechobee. Highly recommend this location.

The manager at this establishment is HORRIBLE. Shalonda Sharonda Shonda whatever her name is I’m not sure anymore. She answered the drive thru with an attitude and when I decided to come inside instead she STILL had an attitude at the register as if it’s my fault for being hungry. had an attitude when I asked my drink cups and can be heard saying “ I’m so glad it’s Friday” later on tells her front cashier she’s glad she came back from break because a customer ( I’m assuming me ) was rude. Which is wild because not only were you rude and didn’t even speak when we came in, to say that to your front cashier as if you can’t handle customers is weird. Why are you even a manager? I left out the restaurant and came back in hearing her telling the staff that if there’s multiple orders why won’t customers just come inside. ( I had multiple orders ) I’ll also be calling corporate because the talking trash right when a customer is ordering and probably thinking I couldn’t hear it is wild. For context, when I walked in I asked her name and said “ how are you “ and then I asked the same question I asked in the drive way to her face that she had an attitude about over the headset. Usually I don’t even leave reviews but my family and I don’t even live the area at all and today just happen to be the right one right day. I know fast food can be stressful , my husband made sure he pointed out that NO ONE in there even looked like they wanted to be there so I should expect an attitude and they prolly tired. Which is cool and all but to be a manager and have the audacity to talk trash low key and code it in my face like I wouldn’t pick up on it and give next to nothing customer service well imma meet you with the same energy and the LEAST imma do is leave a review and call your headquarters. I’m just as tired. Be nice to people you never know who does voodoo.
