i ordered a pizza about 30 mins before i arrived. i walk in and my pizza isn’t ready but on the app it says its ready. i asked the cashier about my pizza and he responds with “ what can i do about it?” then they made me wait another 15 mins just for them not to be making my pizza that i ordered about 30 mins ago.

Ordered a pizza. Probably should’ve checked it before I went home, I called the store. The “manager” was so rude and basically said I was lying about the pizza being burnt. If I’m lying please tell me what this is in the photo I’ve attached. & whoever the manager is is probably gonna be a manager there forever 🤭

This place needs to fire the manager working today since he let someone working up front that doesn't understand English and can,t barely speak it and the other white mans was doing nothing so why in the hack my pizzas was cold and taste like crap which they lost a loyal customer and I will take my business somewhere else that cares .

Pick up my order between 2 & 2:30 pm today 9/24/25 & the Spanish lady collecting the money couldn't hardly speak any English + the mans employees in the back was just standing there talking to each others and when we got home 1 pizza was so thin which ask for regular crust for both and it tear apart & the other pizza wasn't even cut so I had to do it and it was falling apart which this is the worst pizzas we even had with these lasy employees and poorly skilled manager ! SO DON'T RECOMMEND THIS UNTRAINED PLACE & DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK TO THIS DUMP *
