The young girls that work here are rude and have zero customer service skills. What horrible people to wake up to and try to get a coffee from. I’ve given this place multiple shots. The first time I ever came here they charged me for a cup of ice simply because I wanted ice added to a drink that was served hot. I don’t know who the management is here but they really need to hire people that want to serve people, especially in such a desolate town I’m sure there are hundreds of nice people looking for a job. Just rude and don’t smile. Mess up your order and then act like you made it yourself. The worst.

The cashier was rude when I let her know my coffee was made way too sweet. Instead of remaking it, she only offered to add more cold brew, which didn’t fix the issue. On top of that, they charge a dollar for a cup of water. This location is a joke — the customer service is terrible.

You should not put a room full of teenagers in charge of running a coffee Shop. I told the guy that took my order twice.I wanted my drink hot, I get to the front and get handed an iced, I tell them that's not my drink.And then they bring me out the wrong latte and I have to go back in. This is not the first time,This is not the fifth time, I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte for my wife.I get a hot latte. I shouldn't have to wait 30 extra minutes because of incompetence.

Also, to expedite the service a Dunkin tent outside the establishment is there to assist the satisfied customer like myself.
