Pulled up 515 in the am I had ordered online I've been to dunkin aallllllll over the staff was the most welcoming of all of them. They should send other staff to learn customer service.

I don't see the point in having a curbside pick up if no one wants to take it out to the cars. I ordered at least 3 times in the past 2 months and I had to wait like 10-15 minutes.

The store was not too busy. Looks like a nice location but I ended up standing around waiting indefinitely with an infant for about 15-20mins. After I realized that the persons who were behind me were getting served 1st I immediately had to receive my money back. With all due respect, 1 oatmilk latte can't be such a complicated order to accomplish. 🤷🏽♀️
I didn't like the music playing inside and outside.

Stopped here on the way from Tampa to Miami... enjoyed the donuts and coffee. Liked the service, and the staff lady (didn't get her name) was very courteous and helpful. She's like one of those people whom you meet and feel good about the day. Wrote this review for her.

At 8 pm 3 girls working the blonde one face no smile no service the girl with black hair had to tell her will you serve them she takes her time get to cash no smile no how can I help you long face I said if you don't want to serve us we can leave she deposit both coffee hard on the counter turn around and she leave no thank you I said out loud bye and thank you worse service ever should get worker who want to work

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. I received an egg croissant. Not piece of bacon or cheese. I asked for extra egg and only received one.
