I recently stop by the drive thru for shaved ice, hoping to enjoy a fun moment with my kids. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the cashier's poor attitude. Her lack of friendliness and enthusiasm really took away from what should have been a fun moment. I hope management addresses this, as a positive attitude can make a big difference in customer experience

A 4 of 5 because the ice cream was old but the corn with cheese was delicious, I recommend it. In service really the cashier has bad attitude, 0 customer service, maybe she didn't have a good day but he really needs to improve his attitude.

Someone really needs to show these folks how to make shaved ice properly. With the temperature at 95 degrees, they filled the cup to the brim with syrup before adding the toppings. By the time I got to my truck, it was a complete mess, with syrup spilling everywhere. It was so bad I couldn't even eat it. I had to toss the whole thing.
