If I could give a 0 I would we went to order the KFC bowl the person taking the order was EXTREMELY rude and clearly dont listen she kept assuming we ordered 3 and extra other items and we explained we didn't she continued to be very rude over the speaker finally we wasnt having it and drove away. We get the public setting can be rough but you shouldn't treat a customer rude you never know what they are going through and if your having a bad day share kindness you never know how rudeness could affect someone . Straight 0 across the board

Terrible service. A woman treated me horribly. I was with my family, and while they were waiting for me, she treated me badly. I'm only an 11-year-old girl, and she treated us very poorly. She kicked us out of KFC like dogs, called the police, and took a picture of our car's license plate. Horrible. I don't recommend it.

Bad hygiene and very poor customer service. The staff seemed lazy and not attentive to customers at all. I placed my order and paid, and after paying I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to fry. About 20 minutes later, someone finally came outside and told me the cook got distracted and never even put the chicken in the fryer. No apology, no urgency. I had to go back inside myself just to ask for a refund. Now I understand why this KFC only has 3 stars. This location is a disgrace to the KFC brand. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Disgusting why do your workers have their stomach out putting on a waist trainer in the back when there’s a whole bathroom they can use or do that at home, jay is so unprofessional, and this is probably against some type of food code

not sure why the manager or whoever “jay” is, is okay with letting her boyfriend into the kitchen. very unsanitary, they continued to sit on the clock and call each other racial slurs and said they did not care. whoever the man was continued to have an open bottle of alcohol and everyone all of a sudden had a cup. i would not be satisfied if i were to ever come to this location.

We went through the drive-thru just now and just bought a $59 food deal and this woman that was at the window needs to be terminated with her attitude her poor customer service it was just absurd could not believe the way the girl at the drive-thru window treated the food tossed it out towards my wife then tried to get my wife to hold all four bags at one time and almost dropped them on the ground and didn't care would not help didn't say a word this place needs to revamp their customer service maybe it's the manager that needs to train the people properly I don't know but somebody needs to know the atmosphere in the type of people that are working at that Kentucky fried Chicken that's why that place doesn't have big business

Traveling through. Stopped in for the first time in a couple of years. THIS time, it was very clean and food was fresh. Must be new management since my last visit. Food also fresh and service was fast.
The food was worth. I never tasted nothing more worth the than in my live. They didn't have the right pieces of chicken 😔. The bread was cold and the chicken was impossible to bite. We paid for nothing. We just throw it in the trash.

That was the worst I mean, the worst Kentucky Fried chicken I have ever had I live in West Palm Beach. I went to visit a friend. I stopped by to grab something to eat. I should’ve went to Popeyes Dumb me, The french fries were so greasy and all like they’ve been sitting for a long time. I should’ve took a photo That’s what I should’ve did, but I just threw it in the trash the chicken look like it was hard crispy to try to make it original or they I don’t know it was dark and it was hard to be original chicken. It was horrible Please please people do not go to that Kentucky Fried chicken find you another Kentucky Fried chicken to go to the worst place I’ve ever ever. If they had a zero for a star or a triple zero I will give them a triple zero that’s how hard it was one day. I’m going to have the health department in there and see what they get. I will be contacting someone please don’t go please I wish I would’ve took a photo
