Wost fast food experience ever. 0 customer service. They are down right jerks to you from the moment you want in. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a restaurant before.

What. The actual. Hell. Placed an online order, arrived five minutes AFTER it said it was ready for pickup, stood at the counter another five minutes while the four employees behind the counter pretended I didn't exist. As I stand there I see employees reaching into the ice machine with bare hands to get ice to pop in their mouths and eating chicken off a pile of napkins in the drive-through. One guy is even standing around looking confused about why he's there at all, scratching his backside and then touching the utensils used to serve food.
Finally someone asks me if I've been served, and told them I had an order online. They said they were making it at that moment. Handed me a bag with a wrong drink and missing some of my food.
Then just for fun, there was an employee who looked like he belonged in a mental asylum (same butt-scratcher from earlier) standing in the parking lot with a golf club hitting containers of dipping sauce at the cars and dumpsters.
This place can't be visited by a health inspector soon enough - it'd get shut down in a hot minute. Made me just toss my food in the garbage when I got home after seeing the hygiene of the employees - just NASTY.

It's horrible, the terrible treatment, they denied me food only because we were riding in a tow truck, the front part was closed so I headed down the road. Car window and the dark-haired girl didn't even want to open the window for me. She ignored me and turned her face away. I didn't move until another car arrived and finally she opened her window and told me there was no food and a minute later she served food to the other one. car that's how good the deal is there

I was rushed to order, I don't normally eat from here so I needed time to see the menu, yet I was rushed and they looked at me like if I was crazy, I just needed time.

I went thru the drive thru, paid, received my drink and was asked to go to the parking lot and wait for my food to be brought out as soon as it was ready. Waited 20 mins, went inside and was told no one knew I was sitting out there waiting. They apologized and proceeded to get my order ready. When asked if the fries were hot or fresh she said they could cook some more but ot would be another 3 or 4 mins. Said to forget it. As I was leaving they said it was shift change and no one knew. I am sorry, but orders are typed on the screen until filled!!!! Feel this was just rediculous!!!!

I really like KFC chicken, whenever I find where the truck stops I buy chicken. But this one in particular, I don't know what's wrong with the workers, they don't treat you well and the worst thing is that the chicken is always not fried well, 10 or 11 years ago I stopped here, the chicken was badly fried, rather half raw. Yesterday 4/27/24 I bought chicken again and there was no original and they gave me the crispe and the breast was raw, I will never buy chicken there again, because it is too much of a coincidence that in 10 years the same thing happened to me.
