That was the worst I mean, the worst Kentucky Fried chicken I have ever had I live in West Palm Beach. I went to visit a friend. I stopped by to grab something to eat. I shouldâve went to Popeyes Dumb me, The french fries were so greasy and all like theyâve been sitting for a long time. I shouldâve took a photo Thatâs what I shouldâve did, but I just threw it in the trash the chicken look like it was hard crispy to try to make it original or they I donât know it was dark and it was hard to be original chicken. It was horrible Please please people do not go to that Kentucky Fried chicken find you another Kentucky Fried chicken to go to the worst place Iâve ever ever. If they had a zero for a star or a triple zero I will give them a triple zero thatâs how hard it was one day. Iâm going to have the health department in there and see what they get. Just went to the sugar festival on Saturday and ate here with my family of 12 everyone was very polite and food was out fast and delicious keep up the good work thank you.

Wost fast food experience ever. 0 customer service. They are down right jerks to you from the moment you want in. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a restaurant before.
What. The actual. Hell. Placed an online order, arrived five minutes AFTER it said it was ready for pickup, stood at the counter another five minutes while the four employees behind the counter pretended I didn't exist. As I stand there I see employees reaching into the ice machine with bare hands to get ice to pop in their mouths and eating chicken off a pile of napkins in the drive-through. One guy is even standing around looking confused about why he's there at all, scratching his backside and then touching the utensils used to serve food.
Finally someone asks me if I've been served, and told them I had an order online. They said they were making it at that moment. Handed me a bag with a wrong drink and missing some of my food.
Then just for fun, there was an employee who looked like he belonged in a mental asylum (same butt-scratcher from earlier) standing in the parking lot with a golf club hitting containers of dipping sauce at the cars and dumpsters.
This place can't be visited by a health inspector soon enough - it'd get shut down in a hot minute. Made me just toss my food in the garbage when I got home after seeing the hygiene of the employees - just NASTY.

It's horrible, the terrible treatment, they denied me food only because we were riding in a tow truck, the front part was closed so I headed down the road. Car window and the dark-haired girl didn't even want to open the window for me. She ignored me and turned her face away. I didn't move until another car arrived and finally she opened her window and told me there was no food and a minute later she served food to the other one. car that's how good the deal is there
