Main Street Subs and Pizza

It was okay. It was pretty light on the lunch meat Probably wouldn't go back. Wouldn't recommend.

Arrived at the Store at 2:33 and order a ham and turkey sub and a small pepperoni pizza. Was asked if we were eating or getting it to go, I replied it was for inside. Nothing was said to me by the young man taking the order about closing at 3pm. At 2:48 I was told by the same young man that they close at 3pm. I replied that we hadn't even gotten our food or drinks yet! I thought to myself well the sub was not that great and my wife's pizza was nothing to write home about, so Mr. Owner good luck with building your business! We won't be back!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. After placing my order and waiting for my sandwich to be prepared, the server brought my food and forcefully threw it onto the counter toward me, rather than handing it to me in a respectful manner.

When I asked whether this was how all customers were served, the server initially stated that it was. She then said she did not realize how she placed the sandwich and claimed she was in a hurry. Regardless of the explanation, the behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in a customer service setting.

No customer should be treated this way. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue to ensure future customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Solid sammies and welcoming employees! Always a W when a non-meat eater has delicious sandwich options. Heard the pizza is REALLY good. Will have to come back. Appreciate variety of seating - outside, inside, low tops, high tops.

Ordered a sandwich on the go and they gave me a completely different sandwich from what I ordered. I didn’t notice until I arrived where I was headed and sat to eat.
