I asked to add lettuce and tomato on my burger and they put lettuce & extra ketchup on it and it's nasty š¤® this isn't the first time they screwed up either

I think the speakers are not working..orders usually are wrong..no napkins given drinks are out of syrup some people have terrible customer service personalities

Great bathrooms and that's about all McDonald's is good for. Why would anyone eat chemically enhance foods? Oh, nobody at the register have to use kiosk. Now McDonald's realy services drive-through more than walk ups. I just wanted a coffee and was ignored.

Went to get a large fry and a 10piece nugget ! Asked one of the employees can I have the dill pickle seasoning that comes with the other meal she said āI donāt think it comes separateā! You will have to order the meal ! I said really she said hold on and asked this lady name tashara Iām guessing she is the manager about it ! No one asked for her but she comes around the corner giving a weird look like she wanted to see who is asking for it! She stared at me and I stared back ! Long story short if itās not coming out your paychecks why tell a customer no ! Damn they act like itās coming out their house! Or they created it !

Waited in line for 15 minutes and they only took the order of the left lane and intentionally ignored the right lane. So took my business to Wendy's instead. Put a sign up if the drive thru doesn't work or block off with cones.

We stopped here to eat something, And we had a great experience at this new McDonaldās. The staff is very nice, efficient, and fast with the service. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, which makes the visit even better. Definitely one of the best locations in the area!

This restaurant is always clean, Maria is always pleasant at the dining area , making conversations and making people feel welcomed, she is awesome. Food has been constant since I've been coming here, the only constant issue is employees been on the phone while serving food, in front of costumers and not aware of costumers standing waiting, either to order or picking up food and sometimes giving attitude to costumers.
