Newer/refurbished McD's. Service needs improvement. Appears mismanaged and confused. With a straight face and no apology, I was advised they "ran out of ketchup". That's a first. Nevermind that there's a grocery store across the parking lot that would easily correct that situation. Also placed a table service order, but had to go collect it at the counter. Overall not a great experience.

It’s a McDonalds so always a gamble but this is ridiculous. They put all the receipts up on a wall, not in order of how they came in. They clear their screens, maybe so their timer keeps their stats good. Anyway, they pick and choose which they are going to get out at a time based off how small the order is. Mine never got touched till I addressed them on it. So many orders got out before mine. So, tip, if you are ordering for 8 people, place several small orders vs 1 large order. You’re more likely to get your food in a timely manner vs 30 minutes later.

Am still in the line. Ordered a number 1 (big mac meal) and a number 5 (10 piece nugget meal) when she asked what sauces we would like we asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces and 5 ketchup. She tried charging us for them. Now I could understand if we didn't order nuggets. But to be charged for 2 sauces is bs. According to their rules it's 1 sauce to every 5 nuggets....so why was she charging me for something that goes with the meal. Then after that, she wanted to be completely rude for calling them out on it. Ridiculous. Wonder how many people they are charging extra for what is suppose to be with the meal.

Wow I never take my time to make a review, but i can keep this to my self!! I went with my family this Sunday for breakfast. We are 4 people. We order and we wait for the food, my small son he’s autistic so we have to sit in the table while we waiting for the food. I stayed waiting, and i ask for salsa for the hash brown ( they charge me for the ketchup and ranch $.50 my order was almost $50 but i have to pay for 4 small packets of ranch and ketchup) The lady screwed up all the order we didn’t get the number that we have. I try to avoid any conflict at all !!!! so I have to buy another breakfast for my autistic son because he don’t like biscuit( because the mess that the bread make and get him really anxious) I was afraid that if a complaint and ask to change my sandwich they will spit, after all the shows that they gave me for four packet of ketchup. I was afraid that they will do something for my son food!!! I don’t mind if you have to pay for the salsa it’s just the attitude and I was trying to have a really nice Sunday with my family!!! How I can explain him that the sandwich that he likes is not what he receive. I feel frustrated that if I asked for salsa that nobody has been charged for the salsa I have to pay. I don’t mind to pay .50 something cents, but it’s just a attitude!!!!! So sad because it’s the only McDonald’s!!!!!! I hope so that somebody see my post and they take actions because isn’t acceptable. We live in a really hard time when people are so angry I even if you have your poly and nice face, they still rude to you. I don’t want put names because I don’t want nobody to get in trouble. That’s not who I am but I hope they do a bit of training for those staff members.

Stopped by for lunch with my family on a busy Sunday afternoon. Waited in drive thru for about 20 minutes. Our total came out to 42$. I tried to hand a $100 bill which they refused immediately and did not tell my why. There was no sign posted that they did not allow $100 bills. They only told me to cash it out at another store and come back. Which I did not. If they had suspicion of fraud, they should have a method to verify it with their manager. Every bill has a note saying it can be used anywhere, and shouldn’t be rejected. It is probably even unlawful to reject cash over credit just to make it convenient for them. I am disappointed in this MCDonalds for handling the issue this way as now they have wasted food and lost a customer.

food was good but the horrible service ruin my experience. manager was rude! The restaurant was not busy today. No reason for the attitude. hope you read this and improve your customer service. This was my first visit here, but i won’t be coming back
