Stopped in for lunch with a friend who said their dolphin sandwich, Mahi-mahi, was really good but being in the middle of the state on Lake Okeechobee, I was hesitant, but I did. It was fresh and absolutely delicious and not processed. This dolphin was the best I've had in a while.
