I love Sonny’s and always will. Living in Pensacola, Fl I had several location options. Living in Labelle, Fl this is the closest one and the location available to us. The service here could definitely use an improvement. Lunch is suppose to be a quick turnaround in and out but here it turns into an hour to 1.5 hour endeavor. You all need to get over your entitled selves... (Speaking to the patrons that feel the world should bow to them). It's not a perfect world, sometimes places get really busy and you are not going to get privileged attention!This place makes food to order, that means you are not going to get it 5 minutes later, which means it gets backed up, especially when it's a full house! Waitresses are great. Manager should be fired. She yells at the waitresses in front of customers. Calls them MFers and bitches. She discriminates harass’ and breaks policies continuously. She gossips about all employees personal life’s. Extremely unprofessional boss. It’s sad when a customer sees and hears all this happening in froNt of them. She would be fired at my job.
