Everytime you come in this store no one greets you the credit card machine is always down today while on lunch I was told I needed to order online because their pos system was down I come back after ordering online order still not done now their is a line in the store an the are cashing people out. An my order still has not been made. This is ridiculous I asked the girl behind the counter an she ignore me an continued making other people food. On top of that my card was charged 26 dollars an they refused to make my order. Because the system canceled my order.

Four of us visited on Saturday, August 24th, 2024. Service was slow, and workers showed no interest in the efficiency needed with a full shop. The place was not clean.
Food was not appealing. I ordered a wrap that became apart and all over when I touched it. Wraps are only open on one end. This wrap was open on both ends, so I ended up with just the shell and meat falling all over.
Terrible eating place. Not recommendable.

Every time i go into this subway they are always out of bread and other items, one day it is “oh we don’t have any steak” and then the next it’s “we have no herbs and cheese bread” and then The workers are always sick of working and complaining anytime you are in there you feel like a complete nuisance of a customer. I genuinely dread going into this subway to where i’ve stopped going. Even doordashing to avoid the employees doesn’t work because they mess up your order anyway. Truly one of the worst restaurants around here and the bar is already low for clewiston

Tried ordering on door dash after 30 mins to learn they had no bread. Ended up having to call door dash myself and only received a partial refund cause "order was already being made" weird when they had no bread.

The last 4 times I have placed an online order they called me right after to tell me they have no bread. Or they don’t have but one kind of bread. Ain’t this a sandwich shop. The time that I order is between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. Very disappointed.

Very slow. We ordered online for pickup and food wasn’t even started by the time we arrived at the pick up time. It took 30 extra minutes to get our food. They need more staff. This used to be a regular go to restaurant for our family, but now it is too slow and unreliable.
