The bread was cold and the burrito was also everything bad I don't recommend going back there it gave me a stomach ache that was taken out of the refrigerator not hot they didn't put the bread in the oven

Really was pants, took the guy an age to come to the counter then it was just a comedy of errors from then on in, can't write it all down, would take an age, cost me a finger!! If I could give minus 10 I'd do so. Please avoid at all costs...

I showed up an hour before closing time and the selection for food was nearly zero. No ham, no turkey, no tuna, no lettuce, no anything really. How do i even rate it stars? I wasn't able to eat. They couldn't make a legit sandwich.

I received awful service from the store manager this morning, 7/11/23, approximately 10:30 am. The woman spoke boldly saying I was dramatic after I left the store. I was there with my two year old nephew for the free six inch sandwich but I was denied getting two sandwiches because she said we were considered a group, but others before me had been served-without an issue. I think she was rude and unprofessional speaking out loud about me and her work ethics when deal with the public. I am very dissatisfied with her service.

Very poor experience, I got there and there was a sign that stated to wait for the attendant 10 minutes and when I was ordering she rudely told me not to lean on the glass and stated literally that she was too lazy to be locking it which is a huge safety hazard.. then when I was ordering my sub I specified the plain chicken and she used the teriyaki spoon to serve me the chicken and when I complained she threw all that compromised chicken right back in the food display. The worst part is when I asked for her name she said not important.. this should be escalated I can imagine even the bread she had to dispose of she might of even put back for reusing.

The lady was nice but very slow service. Food was not that great by the time we got out to the car from just ordering it the food was very cold and gross puzza wasnt cooked all the way had to ask to get it put in longer and was still not done.

I was very disappointed with the with the employees wearing their masks over their chins only, with a Spanish man who were bossing the other members as though he was a manager. The \\\"manager\\\" wearing his mask on his chin as well. There is a sign on the window stating a mask must be worn to enter.

Angel's customer service is outstanding! Also gave a few recommendations and made the best sub I've had from any subway Dont go to the one across the street!! They like having no customers so they dont have to work lol, sad and bad energy is blatantly projected in there!

Please make sure you put the proper amount of meat on a sandwich. I do not like bread sandwichs. Three slices of turkey for a foot-long sub? I assume it was a mistake?

stopped at this location at 1125am 10.6.19. the two ladies working were sitting In a booth talking to one another. I tried to order the two any subs for 11.99 all day sat/sun. no where on the sign did it say it excluded any subs. The ladies said I couldn't get what I wanted. bbq rib sub. that is false advertisement and they were extremely rude. I will not return.
