Acai was amazing but service was terrible, not even greeted, or said enjoy after given acai. Myself as a service provider looks deep into customer service as that’s something super important to make a customer feel welcomed and be able to relax and enjoy the food. Definitely will say their service provider needs to better on their customer service.

Perfect Bowls Every Single Time! If you are looking for the best açaí spot in the area this is the spot. The quality of the acai here is on another level—it's that authentic, Grade A Brazilian style that is rich, natural, and never overly sweet. What I appreciate most is that they clearly don't rush the process. You can tell they take their time to make every bowl perfect. The fruit is always fresh and perfectly ripe, and the presentation is like a work of art. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Yes, you might have to wait a few extra minutes during a rush, but it is 100% worth it for a bowl that isn't just slapped together. If you want a healthy, delicious treat made with actual care this is the place!

We went yesterday everything was fresh and delicious! We got a Classic, Rainbow, Valentine and Surfer bowl. Everyone loved it- even my picky guy! We walked down to the beach and had a great breakfast. The smoothies looked good too!

I have been coming here since 2020. I have used the points system since then. Recently the points have been down and there are no explanation. I’ve seen the workers look happy back in 2020 to now only 1 teenager running the whole thing alone. The owner is very rude and could care less about you spending money there. I was cut off when asked about the points and about to make an order. Run a better business with treating your customers like actual customers and maybe your business won’t go down hill as this seems to have. I will not be coming back and will be going to health bar which is farther from me because they have great customer service and won’t dismiss you. Very disappointed in açaí express and I hope you change how you treat the teenagers working and also your customers spending money to keep YOU in business.

Me and my mom stopped down on vacation to have an açai bowl it was a 24 minute walk definitely worth it. It was very tasty and the fruit was very fresh they also have free wifi here which is a good look on any restaurant! Best açai bowl ever definitely recommend to people who love fresh fruits!! 🩷

Ordered the rainbow bowl. ACAI WAS EXTREMELY DRIED OUT! Gritty and not a lot of flavor. Never experienced this anywhere else I've had one. Very disappointed.

This was the best Acai we had up to today. Really good quality. A big selection of different bowls. The service was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. I wish we had an Acai Express in Vienna! Thank you for the great experience!
Amazing, obsessed with this Acai place! 10/10 ⭐️ I see a slightly negative review of the wait time, I don’t understand people who can see that it’s a small business with either the owner working or ONE employee, who is making everything FRESH by hand, so of course if there is a family of 4 in front of you it takes 5-6 minutes per bowl to make. People need to have more patience for fresh things, if you want fast go to smoothie king and get a less quality product. I rave about this place!

Ordered the Classic Coco and Surfer Bowl. Madi suggested I upsize to a medium and I would then qualify for a free açai bowl. Madi was working solo and managed the orders. A second staff member would have helped her out!
