Cocoa Beach Ale House

Fon easter...stopped off after the beach . Food was cold. .. water tasted funny .. and there were three patrons in the joint .... Horrible... Horrible...place. I hope I don't get sick ..

I went into the restaurant around 6 o’clock and i didn’t get my food until i left around 7:45. We ordered chips and salsa that took 30 minutes to arrive at our table. Our drinks took 20 minutes to arrive at the table as well. We then asked for our food togo and he told us our food was fresh and it was in fact cold and soggy.

Unfortunately this place does not get even 1 star. Besides waiting over an hour for our food and being told it’s coming right out multiple times that never happened. Then no silverware given, bad steak, forgotten food and had to wait another hour for it to come after asking for it repeatedly. Do not waste your time or money. Frozen chicken strips for kids obviously microwaved as well as the cheap kids cheese tasteless pizza!!

Never got to try the food because the server was very rude. Ended up walking out.

A casual atmosphere, good for watching sports or just grabbing a bite. We stayed nearby the day before our cruise. Good portions both food & drink! Fast friendly service too! We liked it so much we went back twice in one day!

Full on micro-aggressions experienced here. Male host/waiter was racist & intentionally acknowledged white customers before being forced to acknowledge me due to another white family coming in as I was already standing there watching him clean tables and avoid me as long as he tried. Sad… it’s 2025 and people still so closed minded.

My family placed a large carryout order directly through the Cocoa Beach Ale House website, paid online, and received an email confirmation letting us know the food would be ready and we should pick it up in 30 minutes. When we arrived at the store, we were told by the manager that she had no idea how we placed our order because their ordering system was shut off. I showed her my email confirmation and she replied, “I have no idea what it looks like on your end, but it is shut off on our end and we have $200-300 in online orders in the back.” She offered no apology, did not offer to take our order at the store - was absolutely cold and completely rude. If you do plan to order from this restaurant, I would definitely call instead of ordering online, but I would think twice based upon the complete lack of customer service shown.

Awful. They turned off online ordering apparently but their website said nothing.

Got there and manager basically told us too bad. Just awful service.

Waiting for more than an hour, we ordered and it took more than an hour to serve the food, the hamburger was burnt and I ordered the meat medium, even the burnt bread and the very rude service and they never took out our companions' food. If I could they don't even deserve a star.

We were here on 12-21-24. Jamie was behind the bar and was our waitress. She was very attentive and was on the go constantly. I don't know if Jamie was a boss here or not, but if not, she should be. Our food was good and reasonably priced.

Me and my fiancé both had to throw up 30 minutes after eating here. Even if you are staying in the hotel next door I would eat elsewhere.

The waitress was super nice and the quality of food is not her fault. The food was horrible. We ordered the steaks because our hotel recommended them for steaks and god they are terrible. Shoe leather would have been better and probably more flavorful. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our food to come out and it steak had no flavor and both happened to be extremely over cooked. We did not want to wait for them to remake them because it took quite some time the first time. My broccoli which I asked to have extra extra steamed was cold and crunchy, my mashed potatoes also happened to be cold. In general it was horrible and I would NOt recommend

Dinner love th steak

It took over an hour to get my meal. The 3 other people that I was with finished there meal before I even got my food. My food was good but the soup was cold and small portions.
