If you would like your morning ruined right off the bat, come here. Extremely rude staff who make you feel like a complete inconvenience. They are so busy talking amongst themselves, they can hardly be bothered to help customers. They made our coffee incorrectly and were so rude and pushy for us to hurry up we did not even try to order donuts. Horrid customer service, would not ever recommend.

The staff here were incredible. Torrie was my cashier and was personable and pleasant. The people fixing the coffe and food were engaging with customers and making connections that will bring back return business. If I were the owner of this location I would work hard to retain these employees. There is no drive thru at this location so keeping employees that are pleasant and seem to enjoy their job is a must. I ordered online. When I got there it was crowded. They had my order ready within two minutes if walking in. Served me with a smile and thanked me by name. This was the best Dunkin' I've visited so far.

Gave me a large lemonade guava instead of green tea guava drink that I ordered. WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR. Did not have time to go back and change it when I noticed right after I left. Very upset. I checked the cup label and it did in fact say green tea. Could barely drink any of it. What a waste.

This Dunkin is really busy but very understaffed. The cashier complained and overwhelmed with orders and customers not picking up their coffee in a timely fashion. Our sándwiches weren't warm.
