This is my second Sunday going in before 12 and they are out of mostly everything I want!! I understand it’s Sunday and they open at FIVE but plan for it!! They just don’t seem to care! They are out of munchkins so I said croissant egg and cheese…just got word as I stood there “out of croissants”!!! Really?? They could have substituted?!?! I’m a local I guess they just don’t care!!

I usually go to other Dunkins in the area and decided to swing through this one. The price was 3 dollars more than the same order at the Merritt location. It took them over 10 minutes to do my order of tea and a wake up wrap. Numerous people around me got the wrong order. When my tea came out the lid wasn't secure and it spilled everywhere. The cheese in the wake up wrap had hardened and was luke warm. The egg was also luke warm and clearly had been sitting out a while. The tortilla felt sandy and upon inspection had been sitting on an unclean counter covered in pepper. Worst location in Brevard.

Bagel wasn’t fully baked, absolutely terrible. Seems like they are trying to pass off dinner rolls as bagels. Disgusting and a rip-off.

Before we could even finish paying, the drink was already ready so we didn't even have to wait! Amazing service. Though the next time we went for a Matcha Latte, it was more milk than Matcha unfortunately
