I should have read the reviews…READ THE REVIEWS! I am a daily at Dunkin for the past three years… Never in my life have I experienced such ridiculousness…this place is like a bad simulation! Don’t do it! They are literally bouncing off one another doing nothing and complaining that there isn’t enough staff! I was the only one waiting and not a soul in the drive through! They took forever and then screwed up my coffee….worst Dunkin in my experience EVER! I will gladly pay a second time at a better location to replace the monstrosity they just handed me. My coffee has three single ingredients of that tells you anything! DON’T DO IT! Also, send the lady at the register on 12/14/24 8:45am packing plz…blaming her donkey nonsense on being asleep is WILD as an employee of a coffee shop. GET IT TOGETHER!

Chatting behind count watching people struggle to order in the kiosk receipt prints from the order I go sit down “oh we don’t have any of the food you ordered”

Dunkin should consider closing this location if you valued your customers. LOBBY is locked no inside service. After patiently waiting 20 minutes in drive thru. Due to one person working at this location. You were out of more items than you could offer. This location should be renamed Dunkin DoNot

I normally don’t leave reviews but this incident left a really bad taste in my mouth. I have been to this Dunkin one time before and the line was really quick and I didn’t have any problems so I decided to go back. Yesterday, I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes (which I have never done before) and when I finally pulled around to the window, there was a lady standing in front of me. She had cut in front of the long line to order her drink and the employees let her do it. I had ordered through the app and when I had finally got my drink it was disgusting. I really wanted to like this Dunkin since it’s really close to my work but, after yesterday I’m debating if Starbucks would’ve been the better option.

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been in. The employees have no idea how to do their jobs, they take forever on every single order, they’re extremely rude and snappy to all their customers, and they’ll make your order wrong or gip you. We went today and it a ridiculous amount of time and we received our order the drink was made wrong and the hash browns we paid 5 dollars for were not even half full. If you go here be prepared to be frustrated.

Took FOREVER. I come here all the time with my friends, in the drive through it takes abt 30 minutes, and if I come in( which I usually do) and there is only 1 guy taking orders. But he is also doing the drive through so he never gets to us. I have waited 45 minutes and they told me they were out of lemonade and green tea.

We love Dunkin for breakfast, but this was the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. Poor, and very rude service. My food order was fine, but the coffee order was way off. Skip this one and go to the one further up toward Cape Canaveral. Anything has to be better than here sad to say!

I arrived at 7 am. Supposedly this location opens at 5. One person was inside and he ignored 3 customers waiting and nobody was working the drive the thru. This was terrible for a Monday morning.
My worst experience this morning at 695 N Atlantic Ave Cocoa Beach, Fl Dunkin Donuts. First they have this self checkout screen that I hate so much. I try to get my toasted almond with blueberry iced coffee but for some reason I cannot add the toasted almond, I was trying to ask for help but they completely ignored me. We wait a long time for our order. When I got my coffee I don’t like it and I ask the Indian guy to replace it and he told me no. On my second order to go they took forever and they wanted to charge me for one of the coffees which it was paid already. I was only hearing a black female in the background asking the brand new girl how many days a week she was going to close. Very unprofessional and lazy people at that place. - 0

Possibly the manager was in the back talking aggressively to her coworkers, she was very rude to people inside in line. She was telling customers she could not wait on them and that if they couldn’t pay with a card they had to go outside and get in the drive thru. Wish we had not already paid because these people are the RUDEST.

If I could have just listened to my instincts about this location and just have gone to the one a little more down the road from my place I wouldn’t be writing this. I go in and already noticed my coffee a small hot coffee when it clearly says iced med on the cup tag. Then there were 4 people in there working with literally like one car in the car line with someone at the window, one girl on the food, someone sweeping, and a manager with a clipboard walking around counting stuff when there’s a customer at the pick up counter with no one to help. I waited about 5 minutes without anyone helping me, then a customer came in and went to the register and the manager went over to help him. Never said anything to me. So I just walked out and went to the other location. Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever went to.
