Employees are not very friendly. They seem like they don't want to work. I go there every Tuesday to get breakfast for my daughter and then some, and every time it's the same thing. Cape canaveral one is way more personable and gets things done the way I want. I will be using them more because of that.

7am July 13... I went thru the drive thru to place a simple order...1 glazed,1 powdered, 2 juice and cappuccino. The lady ask if I could pull forward to wait a minute. Im literally the only car in drive thru. I proceeded to wait and wait and wait. 4 more customers arrived and left with their orders. At this point I went inside to ask for my order. There were 2 ladies working. One taking orders and one making the drinks. The lady was making others drink orders and Im still waiting. By the time I left after 30 minutes the manager lady was RUDE and NASTY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This was the manager who was the black lady. She obviously shouldn't be in a managerial position as she has no customer service skills. She was either having a bad Sunday morning or just has no business being in a customer service position.

I had a great experience.. No, wait whatsoever. The friendly staff took m my order and got it absolutely perfect! It was fast and efficient. I joke I run on Dunkin. I'd definitely go to this location again based on my experience.

Stopped at this location and ordered 3 coffees, munchkins and 6.99 meal deal, asking for croissant sandwiches. Got to the window and the receipt showed bagels. We advised the lady at the drive thru we ordered croissants. They had us pull forward to correct the order. A lady walked out and said we ordered the meal deal and it automatically comes with plain bagels. We advised we would like croissants. She went back in and returned 7 minutes later to advise the just ran out of croissants and had the bag with bagels in them. We just took the bagel sandwiches and left. While reaching into the bottom of the bag to retrieve ketchup I pulled out a used latex glove. I normally would let it go but our bill was $50 for food we didn't want and ultimately did not end up eating.
Worst iced coffee ive ever had absolutely disgusting. Got looks when i asked employee to remake it still wasnt right the second time wont be back

It’s such a chain they treat you like cattle. The coffee is sub par vs other cafes. I would rather pay more and get premium coffee. They tried to charge me more for asking for less ice. It’s absolutely atrocious to do this. Don’t you make enough money? They said it’s more product so they charge more. I’m a Google influencer I’ll never come back.
