This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Employees are lazy and usually all sitting out back and the store is empty.

The lady, white with blonde hair and highlights no name tag, has a lousy attitude! She never once smiled, ask me “what do you want” and then just tossed the bag on the counter. Didn’t close the bag, never offered napkins. After that she walked away towards the drive thru window. I guess she can talk to people over a speaker but not face to face. The manager, woman in blue shirt, was sitting out in the customer area. Dunkin used to have good service. I guess treating customers with respect is not important anymore.

If I could give this location a minus 5, I would.Ordered 2 donuts and a soda and they said it was against policy to accept a $50.00 bill.It's AMERICAN MONEY, WHAT THE HELL?I walked out and went 2 miles up the road to another DD and they accepted my money.I hope Corporate reads this.Since when is AMERICAN GREENBACK not any good in this country any more???

I went to the one at waters in in Tampa on veterans Day and the clerk was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Very upset about giving ara free donut . I contacted the office but they refused to take my information

Convenient Dunkin' just north of the Cocoa Beach main area, right on A1A. We went in to get a variety of donuts for our friends and they had a good selection.The lady behind the counter was cheerful and helpful. We made sure to give her our QR code to get our points on their rewards program. Easy parking.
