My 3rd time and last at Luna. Martini came with a lemon wedge instead of a twist. Bad start. Ordered the calamari and shrimp appetizer. The tempura veggies were badly overcooked and the tempura very soggy. Calamari were way overdone as well, rubbery and the dusting of [corn?] coating was thin, dry. floury and salty. Sadly while the shrimp was cooked to a nice doneness, the batter was also VERY soggy. This is not rocket science, folks. The waitress, Melissa, was absolutely not interested in bringing constructive criticism back to the kitchen, not even enquiring how everything was. I asked if she wanted feedback... She offered to get the chef to come out but I declined. Not my business to fix. Asked for the check as there was little chance of anything else being satisfactory!

Bring a big wallet! Hate when they say they have a bread board on the menu! And they charge 7. 00 for bread. Order a 8 oz steak said MP price. Bill came was $6500 nothing special!!

If you’ve been to Italy then you just know. Never dreamed I would find extraordinary Italian food and such high quality cuisine in general at Cocoa Beach, USA. It’s a treat and a privilege to dine at LUNA!

It's okay here. I started my experience with a reservation, and you will need one to sit inside, by the way!! However, when I walked in, I realized it was quite small, not a lot of room. Then, when I sat down at my table, I had barely any leg room. However, the drinks were really good! After that, we go to ordering. I ordered the lobster ravioli for $30 and was thinking, oh, this must be a lot of ravioli! It was five. Five ravioli, in the past, they had bigger food portions, the past as in last year. However, those 5 ravioli were pretty delicious, but only 3/5 of them had lobster, which was annoying. Then I went to the bathroom, which was very well decorated! And they had this coconut soap that smelled super good! After that, I returned to my table and decided I wanted dessert, so I ordered the chocolate lava cake thing to share with my brother, because I remember it being HUGE in year past, like this huge slice of chocolate cake as big as my head, so we ordered that. The circumference of the cake was the size of the soda can. It was so tiny for a big price. And it tasted like the ones tou can get a domino's but triple the price. It also took a longgggg time for the food to get here, like 45 minutes. And the servers also felt very fake and hateful aswell from the moment we stepped in the door.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

This is a small venue...only 8 tables so make sure you have a reservation for this amazing culinary experience! Drinks were creative, the scallop appetizer was delicious as well as the entrees. I chose lobster tail and steak that came with Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Try the unique take on bread pudding for dessert accompanied by an espresso martini. Service was friendly, very nice ambiance!

Ambiance: crowded, loud, very small tables too close to each other. Appetizer: calamari with shrimp tempura, two undercooked shrimp eight limp calamari rings with no legs segments and a few pieces of pepper and onion with one broccoli floret. Since we share appetizers we were not satisfied with quality or quantity. I had the snapper ravioli which was meatless and very meager. The sauce was pretty good and if there had been bread served I would have sopped it up. My wife had shrimp pad Thai which was OK with her but I thought it was just too sweet and too peanutty. The hostess was rude from the start. Of all my Open Table experiences this is my first negative review. We're staying in Cocoa Beach and so far had great dining experiences except for this one.

Date night for my daughter and me. Had the pleasure of being seated in TJ's section, who was an absolute delight; very kind and extremely patient to my child who is a rowdy 4 year old when hungry and dinner is later. He delivered excellent service. Food was really good! We really enjoyed sitting outside - I don't think I would've enjoyed as much inside in the small, very quiet (awkward imo) space. Overall a great establishment with good food! Two drinks, two meals, and dessert with tip we spent $145.00

So happy we found this hidden gem. From the moment we were greeted by our pleasant, knowledgable servers, Andy & Sarah, until the end of our delicous dinner, everything about this place was spot on. Cocktails were perfect and priced just right. Calamari & shrimp app was great, Pasta Pansotti was unbelievably delicous . Definitely will be returning .

Our experience at LUNA was nothing short of fantastic. The service and vibe was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I had the lobster ravioli (they make the pasta fresh!) based on our server’s suggestion and was blown away by the balanced and unique flavors. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for making our night extra special!

To rate a restaurant one must take in consideration from the time you sit till the time you leave. I've had the privilege to have dine in upscale restaurants in NYC to the west coast and little did I know I would find this cozy little jewel by the beach in the place I reside. If you are looking for a custom perfevted crafted meal on the spot? This is the place to visit. I chose a change of venue from our local food establishments in orlando for my wife's birthday and to our surprise we both walked away with a memorable experience this evening. We ordered the scallop appetizer and Cobia specials on the menu and each bite was an explosion of tastes and textures. After being the last ones in the dining room our evening was capped by enjoying the company of Chef Luca, his back of house crew and front of the house Sarah, TJ and Andy. I kidd not when I say that the experience we had was like having a family homemade meal in a village in Italy. Thank you Luna Restaurante... until the next time!!!!

You will always have an awesome evening eating at Luna/Kahuna! I've had several dinners at Michelin restaurants, but this is totally on their level! The mixture of taste on each course just blows my mind. This should be at a very upscale restaurant with double the prices.

Do not miss this excellent restaurant. We walked by after having lunch in Coconuts....stopped and looked in the window...read the menu and decided to try last night. What a find! Everything was special....service, atmosphere, wine, drinks......and most of all the food! My girlfriend and I split the steak carpaccio which was perfect. We also had scallops which were “killer”, roasted beet salad, and crispy mahi. All done to perfection. We enjoyed it so much that we made reservations for Friday night as well. I suggest reservations.

We went to Luna for my wife's birthday. We were showed to our reserved table and the waitress brought us complimentary champagne for the occasion (very nice touch). The Lobster ravioli and the Royal Shrimp Trio were fabulous, as were the desserts (bread pudding and Pot du Creme). The service and ambience are great for such a small venue. The only small negative is that it can be a little noisy with a full room of diners. We will definitely dine here again when visiting the Cape in the future.
