Very relaxing place, tasty coffee options and a warm cinnamon roll split between friends, priceless.
Service was excellent, I tipped 40%.

Coffee was amazing. The place was super cute. Really cute atmosphere. Mikki’s attitude? Not super cute. She greeted us and asked what we’d like, we responded with “we’re still looking, we’ve never been before!” Which usually is followed up with the barista/server giving suggestions. However, she didn’t say anything else and just turned around and continued what she was doing. She also didn’t smile at all, and when we were leaving and said thank you, she didn’t even bother to turn around to acknowledge us. Just a “thanks have a good day.” The shop was not busy, only a group of people behind us in line. But you should never be “too busy” to be kind. It’s simple & kindness is what has customers returning. From reading other reviews, it seems as though there are other, more kind baristas so at least you have that going for ya! Again, coffee was great, super cute place! An attitude check is necessary.

Loved this place. Chai latte was great, choc. Croissant was lovely and the pkace itself was lovely. Like the industrial look with white subway tile, just so perfect. & Comfortable chairs.

We arrived around noon. It's getting busy there but there is only one worker working，she is trying to finish up all the orders but not acknowledged any customers are waiting. After about 15mins waiting，most of customers including us chose to leave. I guess we will come try it again when they have enough workers ready for the crowd.

Coffee is FANTASTIC. Service is kind and accommodating. Shop is clean and very cute. Great tea selection, herbal and caffeinated, and some lovely specialty tea drinks. Baked goods are delicious. Sandwiches are TERRIBLE. Overall great place and I return every time I visit.

Good selection for a coffee shop. I was not necessarily impressed with my coffee especially after spending over $10 for a dirty chai but better in a pinch than S-box. The staff were nice.

Good nitro cold brew, fresh brews are good cute atmosphere with good work environment. Lady was nice and got my order quickly. There is a dirt lot right next to it with some street parking. We came in Wednesday and it was slow around 10:30

While it may be that others may have had a good experience with customer service, i unfortunately did not. Mikki was my server and was not friendly. She was was playing with her hair while taking out order and when I asked what an egg bite was just kept repeating it’s an egg bite and using the word literally repeatedly. She was not friendly joe welcoming and i regretted choosing this place.

The barista Mikki was amazing, maintaining kindness and composure flawlessly while she had a line out the door Thanksgiving morning working all by herself. It's managements job to be aware of local events going on (CCB Turkey Trot one of the biggest local events of the year) and to staff accordingly. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks (2 iced coffees) which just shouldn't happen. Again, no fault of Mikki's, she was killing it.

This is my favorite place to get Coffee in Coco beach while on vacation. I had the maple pancake coffee and it was amazing.Highly recommend for reading, school work or a nice little date spot.

Excellent communication and service. I hope they can figure out scheduling soon! For online ordering it may take anywhere from 5 minutes to 25 minutes so adjust accordingly.
