My wife and I both had the fresh brew drip coffee, and it was magnificent! Strong and smooth.

The coffee is good, the service is terrible and rude

I came in today, I noticed that it was busy, which I didn’t mind. There was only 1 person that was working and it was busy, so I understood that it was going to take a little longer than usual. I felt so bad that the barista was just by himself. Looked like he had online orders and had people in line. I wanted to write this review because there was a couple that clearly have never worked in the industry before to understand the situation. This gentlemen named Leland was diligently working through the orders and dealing with guest at the same time to make sure everyone was attended to. These couple was just extremely rude and VERY aggressive. I come there often and Leland has always been so pleasant and efficient, he handled them really well because I would’ve just refused service. Since I’ve worked in the industry to know. So I just wanted to leave a review since I over heard the gentleman he was going to write a bad review on his way out. As soon as I got out of work I wanted to write this review because it was bothering me the entire day. Thank you- Loyal customer.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Leland at Foxtail Coffee, and I cannot say enough about how incredible he was! From the moment I stepped up to the counter, he was welcoming, upbeat, and professional. He worked with such speed and efficiency, yet still made me feel like a valued guest. My order was perfect, and the entire interaction left me genuinely impressed. Leland is the reason I’ll be coming back to Foxtail—his service turned an ordinary coffee stop into a memorable experience. Truly outstanding!

We typically have a great experience here, but not with a specific barista. The gentleman working here on Sunday 8/30 blatantly ignores online orders. After placing an order and waiting over an hour total, and waiting in the shop for 30+ minutes after the scheduled time, the barista had no concern when asked, and continued to not start the order. He was unhelpful about cancelling, so we have paid $68 for coffee we never received and are hoping for a refund through the website. Unfortunate, because the barista usually working is fabulous. IF we do order again, we’ll be sure to call first to assure he isn’t working. This has happened before.

Tried the maple pancake latte and it was so worth it!

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. There were only 2 other people in the store. The Asian girl working was very nice and welcoming. The guy working with her could hardly be bothered to take our order. After ordering it took over 15 minutes to get our sandwiches and we didn't get them till we asked. The guy who took our order never told anyone to make the sandwiches. The girl quicklyade them and apologized even though it was no fault of her own.

Jonah was very friendly and helpful

I was there today at 10:30 am and we were served with a lot of ill will by the attendants who were there at that time and on that day, the girl was very rude and the guy was also very rude, the place is very beautiful but you need to review the service because it is very bad at this point, the cappuccino she made was very bad, in other words, everything was horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone, or if you want to be mistreated, go there.

Loved the coffee

service was horrible we had to wait for the people behind us to get their drinks before ours when it was just a simple black coffee with flavor and chai. my chai also came out to taste like water and cinnamon. definitely won’t be coming back the people weren’t even nice and very dry.
