Best sushi in town. Very fresh tasting and large portions. The happy hour menu is insane with their best sushi rolls, wine, beer, and appetizers averaging $7. I love that it a small, unassuming place with exceptional food at low prices. If people tried the food once it would be packed here every night.

Was excited to try this place! For starters, they told me (ironically) that they had run out of crab ragoons which seemed a little suspicious, but it is what it is. I ordered the vegan Pad Thai, and they completely forgot the peanuts, which usually always come with the dish at any other restaurant. There wasn’t even a slice of lemon or lime.

When I asked in person for peanut sauce, they said they didn’t make that. The noodles themselves were good, but there weren’t many vegetables or toppings like you’d normally expect in a Pad Thai.

As for the spring rolls — $8 for three small ones felt a bit steep. I think they should consider increasing the portion to four… Will try with sushi next time

An extremely happy review of Fujiyama
I just had the most wonderful meal at Fujiyama! This is truly a family business that puts its heart and soul into everything, and you can absolutely taste the difference.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like honored guests. The warmth and personal touch from the family who run the place made our dining experience feel special and welcoming.
And the food—wow! Everything was so fresh and delicious.. I love curry and it couldn't get any better.
it was a work of art and I loved it.
It's so clear that this isn't just a restaurant, but a passion project for this family. The attention to detail and care in every dish is unmatched. We left with full bellies and extremely happy smiles. I can't wait to come back!

Looks like an anonymous strip mall restaurant from the outside, but the food was great and the service was very friendly. The sushi was unique and entrees were flavorful. Will definitely be back.

Full disclosure: we didn’t actually go to the restaurant itself, rather, we got to experience Fuji Yama Thai & Sushi vicariously through DoorDash. Between us we ordered a Spider Roll, a Volcano Roll and Chicken fried rice. Both of the rolls were very good but I imagine they’re even better at the actual establishment totally fresh. The chicken fried rice…OMG!!!!! I’ve had the good fortune of having this dish in many places and had homemade that’s has been second-to-none. Or so I thought. The fried rice here is BY FAR the best I have ever eaten (and yeah, that’s saying a mouthful) the way its seasoned and the vegetables used in the mix are truly a winning combination and I just want to give them their flowers!
