Kiara was so nice. I gave her a $50 when I thought I gave her a $20 and she returned what I believe was too much change to me. She honestly told me “no you gave me a $50”. I applaud her integrity and honesty. She deserves a raise. Plus her service and friendliness was outstanding too.

My family and I visited the Ice Cream Hut this evening, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The gentleman behind the counter appeared uninterested in assisting customers. He stood by the register rather than near the ice cream station, ready to serve. When a member of my family asked if they offered vanilla strawberry swirl, his curt response was, 'We don’t have anything like that,' without any effort to suggest alternative flavors or similar options. I’ve attached images to this review to highlight what he could have recommended. Considering vanilla is my favorite, All they had was soft serve. I unfortunately didn't try anything and just walked out. We're just visiting the area, just stating my reflection on my experience and honest feedback.

This was my first time here, and it was wonderful. They have so many different types of ice cream to choose from. The service was good. I got a large bowl of Cookie Monster, Birthday Cake, and Hurricane Charlie ice cream.

My family came to the ice cream hut after a 4 day cruise. It was a great way to cap off a vacation. The 2 servers, Kiera and Olivia, were great. They were friendly and helpful. They were also very quick, there were 9 of us, and we all had ice cream in just a couple minutes. Great ice cream, great people, great vibe.

We visited Ice Cream Hut tonight. Garrett was amazing and his customer service was top notch. He made us feel welcomed and created each ice cream to make us feel special. He was very patient and accommodating to our requests. The ice cream options were endless. I would recommend this place if you want great ice cream and great customer service. Thank you Garrett for a awesome ice cream experience!

Horrible experience Save your 22 mins and find another place to go

Great gourmet ice cream shop! So many unique flavors to choose from as well as different flavored waffle cones—it was hard to choose! I had the Dulce De Leche and my husband had the Moose Tracks—both were great. We’ll have to come back and try more flavors. Highly recommend!

Talk about amazing this place it it!!! I ask for alot of peanutbutter and they delivered. The service was even better than the ice cream. Olivia and Garret were a blast and fun to talk to. If your a local or from out of town you must stop in here. Locally made Amish icecream with fabulous people serving you. Come in and you will be excited to return. Thankyou!

We had quite a wait because there were a lot of people ahead of us. The gentleman making the food was superb! He did not quit moving. Order after order. He was very efficient, starting orders while finishing orders at same time. I’m not sure why the girl at check out couldn’t have helped a bit at least with the simple cups of ice cream but she did not. Anyway, worth the wait. My treat was great and it was awesome to actually see someone with work ethics!! Definitely will send people this way! We had a cup and a shake.

This is a great location for those who are on the beach or staying nearby. You can get some ice cream and then visit the candy store next door. The ice cream is standard, good ice cream. I tried the peanut butter and jelly ice cream and it was good! The espresso, and the chocolate and peanut butter was also good! You can get different toppings, milkshakes and mix ins. However, they do seem understaffed. The workers were doing their best but I think they needed more help-especially when groups of families came in.
