Visited the Cocoa Beach IHOP for breakfast on Sunday, February 16, 2025. While my server was fabulous, the food was not. My omelet was luke warm and not flavorable. My pancakes were overcooked to the point where I had to use a knife to cut them. I will not be returning to IHOP as it is not worth the money.

This location is dancing to the beat of its own drum! My eggs were bland and horribly cooked. My French toast was double the thickness & so cold that my butter couldn't melt. While my turkey bacon was also cold! A very busy location, but from a person that has eaten at IHOP from Maryland to Mexico, this location is a failure!

A very busy ihop. Limited (but tasty) vegetarian options. Great omelettes. Kids menu was unimaginative but portions were gigantic. Fairly standard ihop but very busy so was not a great atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetation options. I think no more than 5 across a menu of some 60 dishes.
Kid-friendliness: Limited kids options (all with meat)
Went for dinner I had the classic burger with bacon. So greasy had to go wash my hands Food was good but could not get around the grease

We waited over 30 minutes and they must of ben short stafed becuse it was empty a woman was cooking and seating and another was waiting tables. They should not have been open sometimes we need to just know when to not open and try putting the customer first, instead of the dollar
