Jersey Mike's Subs

No one cares anymore about customer service. I called to place an order and they didn’t even know how to listen to what I wanted to buy. That’s the problem today no one talks to each other, they just keep pushing everything to the social meeting, on-line or e- mail then they don’t have answer to anyone. I can wait till it crashes for a couple weeks and no one will know what to do. Then they will have to talk to people.

If I could give a negative star I would, they dont listen and drenched my sandwhich in oil when I asked for light. I walked out, because why am I going to pay when they didnt listen to my order.

A dependable standby when we are on the road. Service was good, but not as friendly as we are accustomed. The atmosphere was average for Jersey Mikes.

Jersey Mike’s really does have the best subs around. My kids are obsessed and ask for them frequently. The service here is really quick, which is super convenient. The subs are pricey, but worth it because of the high quality.

Hi my name is Kim I dine in quite often I work at Aldi's and have been coming there for quite a long time you absolutely have the most amazing food ever always fresh there are two gentlemen that work there One is a blonde headed young man and the other is a dark-haired man with glasses they are so kind and so respectful and always make sure that we have everything in the bag that we need I truly love your store and thank you for being so amazing

The workers had very poor attitudes, corporate manager needs to be more involved in how things are done

I called three times. The first time they answered but immediately disconnected. The second time I called they answered again and said please hold but then immediately hung up. The third time I called they picked and didn’t say anything but placed the receiver down. I held for over 10 mins before realizing they were doing this intentionally. I could hear them talking and heard their conversation. So, I recorded the call for 10 mins while I placed my food order online with another establishment. I’m happy to share it with management and corporate.

Always delicious! I haven't eaten Jersey Mike's in 3 years and loved being reunited. Used to eat JM in Chandler Az at least once a week and then we moved to a tiny town without one, super sad! Thanks for the yummy lunch!

love the gluten free options, subs are pricey but worth the money and my experience has always been good with gluten allergy ordering from here.
