I'm 2 mins away and it took over an hour to deliver my order. Completely unacceptable.

We went there around 815pm and the lights were off in the front of the building and honestly it looked closed. Ordered 2 ginormous subs , 1 was with no turkey add bacon. Other was no tomatoes add bacon. I am highly allergic to turkey. The person who took our order confirmed how the sandwiches were to be made and the person who made the sandwiches did not pay attention at all and was throughout a temper tantrum because we came in 45 minutes before closing. We get home and both sandwiches had turkey so do to my allergies I just tossed it in the trash. Upset for paying 57 bucks for 2 sandwiches and because of some poor employee attitude dinner was ruined. Could go to Jersey Mike's if I wanted poor attitude non-working employee's.First time going to this location and was not impressed after witnesses the temper tantrum.

I would like to thank everyone at the Cocoa Beach location for their great service on a very large pick up order I placed Fri, 8-4-23. This was for a business meeting. Sean was very helpful when I had to call last minute and add more to the online order. Sean was very professional and got everything right. But I would like to acknowledge everyone at this location including management. Thank you so much.
Beach club is my favorite. And it was perfect. I went inside so I could wash my hands, but they have a drive thru.

Went inside for lunch, #4 turkey tom, on 5/3. The sandwich was delicious but the service here is extremely slow. Many of us were waiting while sandwiches came out one at a time every 5-10 mins.
