Workers are kind and quick, food was delicious and so is the boba

We ordered the taro slush, combination pho and new on the menu: pandan waffle. Service was good and the owners were very nice!

All items came in swiftly and the pho was really good! It’s the perfect dinner for this unusual cold weather. Very savory and really good with chili sauce that they made.

The pandan waffle came in with 1 for $6 or 2 for $10 and it tasted really good! Pandan flavor was there and perfect for a snack. Hoping they can do sauce add-ons on the waffle next time such as caramel or maybe whip cream!

Customer service was great! Clean and food is amazing!

This is one of the best ba minh sandwich and pho we have ever had. It was great flavor and huge portions. The owners were so friendly. Highly recommend stopping by for some seriously good Vietnamese food!

Great Pho spot and KungFu Tea

Not be disappointed

Whenever my mom‘s in town, we come here today decided to bring my pregnant fiancé and they treated us with super respect and made a huge bowl of soup. She really enjoyed it. We had a great time.

Omg! This is so delicious! I ordered the coconut milk tea and it is heaven! I called them while doing my nails next door (Diva Nails) and she brought it here. Recommend 100%!

Soo good excellent

We loved it!! We got a black tea boba and a Thai tea boba with pudding and lychee jelly. The staff was very kind and attentive. Service and flavor 10/10. The place was very clean and had a very welcoming atmosphere. I’ll be back in my next trip!

Update: Dec 22, 2025, Adding to my review since they’ve since added Pho noodle soups and Banh Mi sandwiches:

Wow! I’m so happy we now have a solid Pho and Banh Mi option in town in the CB/Cape Canaveral area. I’m from the Pacific Northwest where growing up I was spoiled with lots of great Vietnamese and Pho options. The Pho, Banh mi, and rice-paper spring rolls here are all good and on par with what I’m used to! The owners are super nice and attentive, too. Highly recommended 🙌✨

Always love me a Kungfu tea! I used to always get some iced tea and boba tea from Kungfu tea when I lived in NYC. A boba tea chain with lots of iced and hot tea options that you can customize ice and sugar levels, I can always rely on them to have yummy drinks 🥤This location is perfect - I love to grab a tea and go grocery shopping in Publix or walk around at the Pier. Highly recommend it!

Great customer service love the drinks

In from out of town and had plenty of local pizza so we wanted something light and savory, so we bought the beef pho. Was kinda hot outside so we paired it with some oolong milk teas. This place nailed it. The pho and teas were fantastic and were just what we needed, and the staff were very nice too, highly recommend!

This place reminds me of my college days. Same taste, warm soup, caring owner.

Great Pho fix before our cruise. Pho broth was excellent. Spring roll and the peanut Hoosen sauce was excellent. Banh Mi variety was excellent and would recommend #1 and #4.
