Went through the drive theough and asked for the deal with the free fries on Friday, didn't give them to us, and the happy meals that we purchased weren't put together very well because all the food fell to the ground after getting out of the car.

The workers are just lovely and it is the cleanest Mc Donald’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. My hot fudge sundae was amazing and the fudge was perfect. The staff is so accommodating and sweet!

They should not post hours of opening at 4am and have the sign on if they wont serve you. Set from six until 620 and drove off because they wouldn’t open the window or answer questions.

I was on the way to work. I ordered an iced coffee from the McDonalds App 10 minutes before arrival. Upon arriving I pulled into the drive through where I waited 15 minutes without moving. I decided to go inside to the counter and ask for my drink at the counter. I stood at the counter for another 9 minutes, all the while an employee stood doing nothing and stared at me. After 9 minutes a women manager approached me. After I explained the above, she rudely informed me that I ordered for drive through pick up as if I didn't just mention that information. Her and the employee who stared at me for 9 minutes whispered and laughed as she made my coffee. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a McDonalds. It seems this location is hit or miss. The women on drive thru who takes orders should be manager. She is friendly and professional. The manager and the employees up front seem upset that they're at work.
The floor had a lot of food grease on it so it was very difficult to walk on.

Customer service at the drive thru us non-existent. At the first window the young lady is rude and is very grouchy. She should not be at the window. I will say the second window older lady was much friendlier. The fries were already old and warm. Supposedly, that couldn't take a $100 bill at the peak of lunch. It was about 12:50 pm. The cheeseburger was mediocre and the bread was rubbery. I've been and had better service and food from other locations. I would not recommend this location unless you need something and do not care if it's hot, cold, fast or slow.

Don't bother using the drive-thru. They outsource their drive-thru to an off-site so you sit there wasting time and fuel before someone finally logs on to take your order. The food was also cold and dry which made the extra wait even worse.

Got a Filet O Fish today? My favorite at McDonald's only to be duped by Shrinkflation !!! 5 bucks and change Sandwich was so small Bun and Filet were shrunk to kid size !! When I say kid size I mean a 2 year old would need 2 to make a meal worth eating 🤔 So McDonald's you have completely lost my business even though I really use to enjoy the Filet O Fish
