Came inside and placed my order on the self service screen and went to the bathroom in hopes of coming out and grabbing my food so I could go. Stood there for another 11 minutes while employees just stared at each other wasn’t even that busy so I asked for a refund because I’ve got things to do. The young man who I assume was the manager came to The register to process my refund with an attitude, and one of the employees said to him as he started to process it asked if that was my order because it was ready as she was bagging it up and instead of him Handing it to me, he tells her to throw it away. This is a horrible way to handle things. We’ll make sure to avoid coming back to this place at all cost

I ordered my food on the app, picked it up and realized after parking that I ordered my son's meal wrong. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit instead of a bacon one.. my son does not eat sausage.. so I went inside fully expecting to pay for my son's food again, whenever I spoke to the manager on duty Ms Jamiaya (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) and I explained it was basically a me issue, not a them issue, she went ahead and made him his food and didn't ask for any payment. Thank you do much ma'am we're from Gainesville and he's living in Massachusetts with his dad, so we came to watch the sunrise and your generosity showed my son that there's still good hearted people in the world 🌍. Thanks again ma'am!!

Ordered a Cheeseburger with no pickle, got a hamburger plain. Ordered chicken straps and they were burnt. Fries have NO salt. My kids both ordered chicken nuggets. We all requested barbecue sauce and I ordered sweet and sour sauce as well. For 30 nuggets and 3 chicken straps, we were given 1 barbecue sauce. Many more issues, but just save yourself the trouble and EAT ANYWHERE ELSE.

Ridiculously long wait in line!!! They weren't even having people pull over if their food wasn't ready!! Finally got the food and it was barely warm it had just been sitting there!!!

Very busy, dining area not clean, restrooms needed serviced. We had to do our own order from a kiosk and we were still shorted 1 meal but thry did get it out to us in about 7 minutes.
The food I received was fine. I went thru the drive thru and they forgot part of my order. I didn't realize until I returned home as it was raining and I just grabbed the bag and drove off.

Great drive through that was quick and easy. We ended up settling on the new snack wraps which were amazing! Hot fries are the best from here. Overall, a great experience that was tasty and easy to manage! Definitely one of the best McDonalds I have ever been to in my lifetime!
