Horrible service employees with bad attitudes... Employees need to be reminded that customers pay their pay.. I am over poor Service. I went for breakfast don't tell me to pull over and wait for eggs. You should be ready to service your customers. When I asked for extra jelly you would have thought I asked for something unusual. Awful service.

This is my 4th time back in Cocoa Beach.
I'm giving 5 stars for the service and treatment I used to receive 3 years ago when they had a Mexican owner or manager or something. He was a great guy. They let me sit and do my work and use the outlets at my usual table, and all that for as long as I needed. Some of the crew would visit with me. Probably nobody there now who remembers D.A.
Today I walked in for the first time since 2022, and saw all the outlets were locked. And I know it's because of the homeless, but If a business can't control a homeless crowd and keep them out due to behavior or looking unsavory or if they're not buying, they shouldn't be running a business. Because it hurts others who need things that are done away with on account of these matters. The guy who ran the place before usually handled them pretty well and banned a few of them.
I doubt they will be seeing much of me again.

Make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive-through you’ll be missing food. Also, I ordered a fish sandwich. This thing had been sitting there for hours. The bread was dry and crusty same thing withfish and you could tell the fries have been sitting there for a while too.

Worst McDonalds ive ever been to. Noone in drive thru but you sit for 15 mins nobody says anything then a car pulls up to the other speaker & they get there order taken while I still sit. This happens all the time. Ive sat & waited 20 mins for food & its cold when they bring it. Horrible service they employees seem like they hate working there.... avoid this one! If you can drive down to the Cape Canaveral location. They are a little busy sometimes with crew ships but the food & service is much better & the food is cheaper
Both women working the drive-thru on 11/16 @ 8:50 am are AMAZING!! Highly energy, so sweet and very kind!

My 2 year old was eating her fries in the back seat & all the sudden says “mmm candy” I check to see what she had & she was chewing on chewed up gum that was in her fries, i don’t chew gum there’s no way she’d have that, I called & all they said is if I have the receipt they can replace it. The manager couldn’t care less. Disgusting & disappointed

Found a PIECE OF GUM in happy kids meal fries. Daughter was chewing on it when I found out. When I called the manager she gave no explanation and quickly offered to replace the meal. She hung up on me when I asked for her name. I’m so disgusted that she was chewing on another person’s piece of chewed up gum..we don’t ever buy gum because we have a two year old and never want her to have any kind of candy. The health department needs to look into this place. So so soooo below the bar here. I’m sick to my stomach just thinking about this happening to my little girl.
