Her balance of professionalism and warmth is rare — she’s engaging without being overbearing, and attentive without hovering. Sad doesn’t just serve drinks; she curates comfort. If you haven’t been to Mom and Pop’s Restaurant yet, you are seriously missing out — and the heart and soul of the place is Olivia.

She’s not just the waitress — she’s also the cook, and somehow she manages to do both roles better than most full teams. Olivia greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel like family the moment we walked in. Her service was fast, friendly, and genuine, the kind that you just don’t find anymore.

And then came the food — WOW. You’d never guess the same person who took your order is the one back there cooking it all to perfection. Every bite was homemade, comforting, and full of flavor. Olivia clearly puts love and pride into every plate.

It’s rare to find someone this hardworking, talented, and kind. She’s the reason we’ll be coming back again and again. Do yourself a favor: stop in, ask for Olivia, and prepare to be impressed.

Found this little gem. Travis was amazing. These Bloody Mary's are amazing. My husband had breakfast and I had lunch. Both were very good.

I had the cheesesteak sub. My husband has the chicken quesadilla. Both were delicious and recommend them both!! They are located inside Ocean Landings Resort. Prices were very reasonable!

We had a amazing breakfast at mom&pops bar in Cocoa Beach Florida. the service was great and so was the food and atmosphere. If you've never been when you're in Cocoa Beach you need to eat there.thank you see you again when we are there again 😊

A little pub inside Ocean Landings Resort And Racquet Club office building. Olivia was a wonderful server and cooked our food just right. We had wonderful hamburgers with all the stuff except a bun. We don’t eat fries, so can’t make any comments about them. They were very good! She is very personable and we really enjoyed it. It’s just a little pub nothing fancy.

Stopped for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Maha did an excellent job at making the Big Monster Wrap… would recommend!

Enjoyed daily service at the pool snack shack. Staff were very efficient and friendly! Thanks for adding to our great week at Ocean Landings.

Perfectly average, but the price was good. We got the buffalo chicken wrap and mozzarella sticks. Not tasted good but nothing set them apart. The only person working said with a smile that she was the waitress, bartender, and cook that night. It wasn't busy, which was nice, and the food came out without too much wait.

Had lunch today and it was okay. We had the poppers (5), Philly cheese steak, chicken salad sandwich with bag of chips and 2 ice teas, for approximately $44.00 with tip, no military discount. Server said she was in training, however she stayed in the back room the entire time with the cook with the door closed 3/4 of the way until she brought out our lunches. Didn't check on our drinks until she picked up the plates used for the poppers. Best part about the lunch was the music. We're locals, one and done for us.

Perfect breakfast experience. We came for breakfast on a Friday and Travis was awesome! We got Bloody Mary 10/10 and the Nagy Omelette me and my husband split. It was a huge omelet and worth every penny! Everything is reasonably priced. I’m glad we stopped here before our cruise.
