Make sure you have a horizontal ID before you go or the owner might try and pick a fight with you! Everyone in our group was over 21, but we were all turned away because a few of us had vertical ID’s. On our way out one of us joked about leaving a bad review. Even though we had already left the building, the owner followed us out and started arguing with us about the review. Fully yelling and swearing, and by the end a customer chimed in and threatened to fight one of us! I get that bars can turn away who they want, but we had already left. There was absolutely no reason for the owner to get involved, and certainly no reason for anyone to get threatened.

Owner is very rude. Drunkenly screamed at me and my friends for have a vertical ID that they do not accept in the bar. I am 23 years old. Poor ownership and poor service

Apparently there’s a rule against having a vertical ID, which most of my friends had a vertical ID, so they denied us service.

Vertical ID’s are valid forms of ID in the United States, so when they denied us for having legal documentation, we were obviously disappointed in the poor catership so we walked away. When the owners heard us say that we would leave a 1 star review, they proceeded to come at us and accuse and started swearing at us.

I’m not big on confrontation, but if your the owner and have the gaul to confront customers on the opinion of your establishment, you should not own an establishment.

Those who can’t tolerate the opinions of others should not be in charge of such an establishment. Such a waste of effort, the reviews made this place look really nice

I don't live as close anymore so I don't get to frequent this place but try my best to stop in when I can! Don't listen to any negative reviews. This place is a staple in Cocoa Beach! Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and Ray is the best bartender! Very local type place with friendly patrons. Good prices and I've enjoyed karaoke nights. Stop in for a draft beer or a Proper Twelve and enjoy yourself 😊.

Solid one star local dive bar

Didn't get a chance to eat and I misplaced my CC so they served me 2 H20 and Bonus the whole place sang happy birthday to me. The highlight was getting to sing " Love will keep us together " with 2 Ladies I had just met! True talent last night Singer's!! Really . 100% ++ for atmosphere and the Sevice Thank you Coco Beach.
