Love the pizza, but the service was very strange. Stood in line for 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to the people waiting in line. Luckily we ordered online and ours was ready but we didn’t get it till 10 minutes late and the guy in front of us who wanted to just place an order waited for 10 minutes only to find out that it was going to take 40 to 50 minutes to get a pizza. They were busy making pizzas, but it was a strange experience. Probably a nice guy, but just needed a little more customer service training.

This Pizza Hut took me back to the early 2000s. The pizza was absolutely delicious and tasted like it did way back when. We will definitely be back for our pizza nights.

Food was superb
Seemed to be mainly a take-out & delivery store (an evening in October). It wasn't really set up for dining in, restroom key on request. We weren't even sure it was open from the outside but they made up for that with good food and service.

We went to this Pizza Hut in Cocoa Beach because it advertises having a Dining Room. When we got there we were asked if we needed to make a to go order or if we had already called in. We said we were wanting to eat here and the girl said the dining room closes somewhere between 8 and 9 oclock and then she continued to vacuum. It was 7:20. All chairs were in the table and it was very dark inside. Clearly they do not want to do Business.
I feel like Dining Room needs to be taken OFF the Google sight. The girl was rude and she was not willing to help customers. We were basically run off. Very sad and we drove far to go here. Very Misleading. . .

Terrible! We were basically kicked out, we were a group of 6 dining in, no other guests, from the getgo the lady called my husbands’ name on the order and said it wrong Ronaldo, since she phrased it like a question, I replied saying Ronald, lady rolled her eyes and said ‘whatever same thing’ then I asked for a packet of cheese and she said it was $1, the worse thing was same lady turning off the lights while we were still eating, it was 7:45pm, of course we got up and left with our half finished food, just awful though, I felt so embarrassed, it makes no sense for a service based establishment to treat customers like this

Thank God for this particular Pizza Hut still being there. I’ve lived here forever, and they held on to the lunch buffet the longest and never gave up on quality and employee quality. No other Pizza Hut in Brevard can even compare themselves to this one! The food is so much better and the employees actually care.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had with any food delivery service — Pizza Hut should be embarrassed to have employees like this representing their brand.
I placed a delivery order with the exact correct address, hotel room number, and even dropped a pin on their interactive map to avoid any confusion. I also left clear instructions: CALL ME before dropping it off.
What did I get?
• No call.
• No food.
• No respect.
When I tried to reach out to the driver to explain, he hung up in my face. Then, as if that wasn’t insulting enough, he had the nerve to text me minutes later saying he delivered my order to a completely different address and there was “nothing he could do about it.” No apology, no attempt to fix it — just pure negligence and arrogance.
This is not just poor service — it’s outright incompetence and unprofessionalism. Pizza Hut clearly has zero quality control, zero training standards, and zero care for paying customers. My money was taken, my food was stolen, and I was left hungry and furious.
If this is how Pizza Hut treats customers, I’d rather spend my money at ANY competitor — even if it’s frozen pizza from a gas station — because at least then I’d actually get to eat.
Shame on you, Pizza Hut.
