My wife and I, by tradition, eat out on our first night camping. This trip was no different. After we arrived at our first choice - no parking to be had - we were on our way to another stop when we saw it - the iconic Pizza Hut rooftop attached to an actual standalone building. Instantly, we started talking nostalgic over our experience as kids - so off we went.
Unfortunately, this was no Pizza Hut from our past - no jukebox playing records, no Galaga or Space Invaders to drop quarters into, but there was an empty and forgotten salad bar. It was an empty dining room as well save for a few patrons sitting around or standing waiting.
Which bring me to the issue I had with this place. As we waited for someone in the back to take our order, we then waited, waited, waited - checks watch, 10-minutes go by - and waited. It was at this point we turned around and left. By far the worst customer service I had ever experienced - truly nothing beats being patently ignored...

We came here in hopes of the pizza buffet being here based off other photos here on Google. However there was no buffet. I asked about the buffet and they mentioned that it is in the works to come back, just. Or sure when. We enjoyed dining in still and took in the atmosphere of a classic Pizza Hut.

We went today 02/18, we paid for 2 pizzas and they only delivered one to us. We made the claim and they only apologized and wanted to charge us again for the pizza that we had already paid for.

Food was as expected so I can’t rate that’s any differently. Low ratings come from app usage and incorrect waiting times. It said my food was ready so I drive to the pickup window and nobody came, therefore I went inside and they hadn’t built our food yet, let alone put it in the oven. 25 minutes after the app said our food was ready, our food actually was ready. Staff was courteous and consistently asked what I was waiting on. Would have been a one star but I understand this was only one experience.

Yes it's a dine in. However you must order at counter and drinks are bottles. No plates to go boxes. Don't dream of getting ice. Old dated. Pizza was good

This place is really messed up I place to order to be Delivery put in all my infor and after all of that it comes up with a carry out . am at work and can't leave and called as soon as i saw the carrie out pop up but they wouldn't Deliver said i didn't spend the right amount of money but they wouldn't cancel my order and i couldn't even talk to any one at the store will never order any thing there again and i want pay i wasn't told they wouldn't deliver till after they took my money .That sucks ......!!!!!!!!!

The pizzas we ordered were tasty but a little overpriced. The option of dining in isn't available and the decor needs improvement.
Picked up contactless order that was marked ready in the tracking app. Older tiny woman with an awful attitude helped me. Sarcastically saying “how would we do contactless” complete with rolling eyes and head shaking. Not only was it not ready but it was also not cooked all the way with the cheese not melted and doughy. Normally I would not even worry about that. I work in a restaurant, but the food , the attitude, and picking up an order marked ready that’s still in the oven just package dealing a bad experience with Pizza Hut, my favorite pizza spot. Do better Cocoa Beach

I went in to dine in as I have done several times in the past 40+ years as I am a Floridian. I asked to take a seat as NO one acknowledged us. I sat down and 15 minutes later no one acknowledged us. All the server’s were hanging out acting like no job was to be done. I left without food and without service. I asked for the corporate phone number and the general manager advised it was none of my concern and advised me to leave. I left politely. I’m angry and annoyed! All I wanted was pizza! But they couldn’t deliver even what they are good at! I would NOT recommend this store to a visitor or anyone else for that matter! Clean up your act!!!!!

I used to be OBSESSED with Pizza Hut but then went years without having it only to be extremely disappointed by an experience at a different location. THANK YOU Cocoa Beach Pizza Hut for restoring my love for Pizza Hut!! I ordered delivery for my birthday last week and the pizza and breadsticks were absolute perfection! 10/10!

The restaurant was having technical issues. It took me 3 calls to order a pizza and after one hour my pizza was still at the restaurant, unable to be delivered. Shay, the manager was extremely pleasant and was able to take care of all my customer needs. She made me a new, fresh, hot, delicious pizza and also sent me a warm brownie. Both were delivered promptly! Thank you Shay!
