The WORST experience I’ve ever had with any food delivery service — Pizza Hut should be embarrassed to have employees like this representing their brand.
I placed a delivery order with the exact correct address, hotel room number, and even dropped a pin on their interactive map to avoid any confusion. I also left clear instructions: CALL ME before dropping it off.
What did I get? • No call. • No food. • No respect.
When I tried to reach out to the driver to explain, he hung up in my face. Then, as if that wasn’t insulting enough, he had the nerve to text me minutes later saying he delivered my order to a completely different address and there was “nothing he could do about it.” No apology, no attempt to fix it — just pure negligence and arrogance.
This is not just poor service — it’s outright incompetence and unprofessionalism. Pizza Hut clearly has zero quality control, zero training standards, and zero care for paying customers. My money was taken, my food was stolen, and I was left hungry and furious.
If this is how Pizza Hut treats customers, I’d rather spend my money at ANY competitor — even if it’s frozen pizza from a gas station — because at least then I’d actually get to eat.
Shame on you, Pizza Hut.

Ordered an app pick up an eight in restaurant. Water was a warm bottle. Soda was a warm bottle. No ice wanted to charge for red pepper and Parmesan. No packets. No ice service sucked will never go back. Do not recommend.

We are frequent flyers to this Pizza Hut as we are local residents. In the past 6-8 months, every single time we order from there, we either have to take the order back to store or call to voice the complaint over their preparation of our pizza. We normally order at night, and ALWAYS ALWAYS order extra sauce on our pizza. And every time in the last 6-8months, we get the order and there is little to no sauce on the pizza. When speaking to the night manager, either by phone (rare since they don’t answer their phone) or in person, she apologizes, has offered one time to add a credit on our account, but for the other times just says that I need to make a note in the order saying extra saucy and click the extra sauce option when ordering. Well last night was the kicker. I ordered online, did what she said and then actually drove up to the store before it was made and verbally told them EXTRA sauce. When I got it home, there was so little sauce on it you couldn’t even taste it. Since we ordered a late night snack they were closed by the time we got it home to eat it. Luckily, I went up there as soon as they opened and talked to the nicest older lady there who offered a credit and said that because they have no GM currently a lot of problems occur with the night shift. She apologized sincerely and said that she was going to make it known to the manager on duty at night and the cook. Hopefully one of the managers since there is no GM will read this review and do something about this shift’s issues before they start losing business, especially the regulars who order at least once a week to keep them open!!

Worst experience ever! Stopped after a day at the beach. Twice was told that they hadn't even put our order in. Waited almoat an hour, watching people come and go, before asking for a refund - which they were not going to give us. Manager was snippy about us needing to wait longer, which we couldn't at that point. Will be contacting corporate to discuss as this location clearly needs help and training.

Classic Pizza Hut with great service, Italian looking guy behind counter was eager to tell us about any deals after we asked (we look broke). Food hasn’t come out yet but I am very happy. Beware: No paga no come!
Staff were very behind and didn’t communicate anything to the customers. At least 8 people were standing and waiting by the counter, no member of staff would tell us why our food was labeled ‘ready’ online but not actually ready. All staff members were cursing in the kitchen area, in plain sight of customers. Several customers came in with complaints of incorrect orders while we waited 30+ mins for our pizzas. We ordered 2 large pizzas, but came in 4 small boxes since no one could be bothered to fold more pizza boxes (they actively fought over not being the one to fold more boxes) No manager was present. Please check in on the team working the night shift on 6/8/25. They need guidance.

Delicious pizza! My family and I were in Cocoa Beach 🏖️ and decided to stop by for a dinner. They have good deals inside. The staff were friendly and respectful. The air conditioning was too cold inside. We were supposed to dine-in / take a table there but we chose Take out because of the temperature.
