Fantastic spot! The omelette and toast were delicious – perfectly cooked and flavorful. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was excellent, and the prices were fair for the quality of food served. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. No wonder this place is so highly rated.ServiceThe service is amazing! Our waitress was so nice and patient. I had my parents with me, who do not live in the US and struggle a bit with English, and she was the first person to ever speak a little slowly for them to understand and to so patient trying to understand what they wanted. Also, we arrived a little after 2PM and the establishment closed at 3PM, so by that time we were still eating and she didn’t not send us away or showed any type of annoyance, quite the opposite, she waited for us to finish and not changed once her behavior. Simply the best waitress I’ve ever seen!FoodOmg, the food here is amazing. Each one of us had a different plate and they were all great. I specifically ordered the omelette with bacon, ham, cheese and spinach, with side salad and housemade toast. It was delicious!I will definitely be coming back to this place! Can’t wait to try their crepes!

This Cocoa Beach breakfast joint is both simple and delicious, but I don't quite get the cult following of Simply Delicious. Don't get me wrong, I have not had a bad meal here, but there are so many great breakfast joints in Cocoa Beach (and on the Space Coast in general) that it is just not in my rotation.

Wow!! What an amazing find. This place is very quaint, nice decor. The breakfast was to die for. We had stuffed French toast with peanut butter and banana OMG!! The best French toast I’ve ever had. The server Ashley was wonderful. Fantastic dining experience. We were visiting Cocoa Beach for a wedding and one of the guests said we should come here for breakfast. So glad we did. It’s worth the three hour drive from Ft. Lauderdale, we will be back!!!

Even though it was since Sunday and it was somewhat crowded we were ignored. We sat in the front by the window. We had to ask if it was selected seating. We chose our seeds and we had two waitresses walk past us. We had to stop the waitress to say we're ready to order and when the one showed up she was annoyed. But she did bring our coffee promptly and then we had to wait. When our food came we were done and we had to ask a waitress again. We're ready to check out. We were ignored more than a few times. Apparently this restaurant only wants to do with tourists and not with the locals. Or maybe they just didn't have the time for us. Pretty strange

I guess it's kinda like DON'T meet your famous idol. Waited forever to go here. I wanted fabulous baked goods and all those pictures. OMG, less than pleased. Got a sample of baked goods. Anything but fresh. I can't understand why it all tastes like onion and I didn't eat any. Then my sandwich, open it up to add mayo and Really, why in the world would you put brown rotten lettuce on my sandwich. You were not that busy to where you couldn't look at what your doing. THANKS A LOTSHAME ON YOU, AND THIS COCOA BEACH PAY BEFORE PARK IS A SHADY BUISNESS, GIVE PEOPLE A CHANCE TO PAY WHEN THEY ACTUALLY PARK ONCE. DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR A MONTH FOR 1 TIMEParking: Not sure if street parking is free or not, GOOD LUCK FINDING IT ON A BUSY 1 WAY STREET. HOPE YOUR GOOD AT PARALLEL PARKING SO people don't throw stuff at you because your disrupting flow of traffic

I can’t imagine how you could have a bad experience here. The atmosphere is cozy and cute. We stopped in for Sunday brunch and got seated quickly. We both ordered lunch sandwiches but I should have noticed that everyone else was eating breakfast. It was about 1:30 so lunch seemed more appropriate. Anyway, the Grilled Chicken Sandwich was tasty as was the Chicken Salad Sandwich. The custom-cut bread was ridiculous. We both left half of it. There was plenty to eat with the salads that we got. It’s always good when the owner stops by to make sure your experience was good. We want to stop again, but next time it will be for breakfast.

This place is not ideal for coffee to go. We bought 1 americano and 2 cappuccino with an extra shot in each capp, and it cost us 24.47$. Insane. The coffees came in styrofoam cups, which don’t hold coffee well, and is toxic for the environment.I won’t be going back mostly because the price was insanely high.

Fantastic option for breakfast! I'm a traditional "two over-easy, bacon, potatoes, and rye toast" guy, and they do that right! My Daughters plan their visit for the Benedicts and the Quiches when they're in town.Toast is always better, when you start with great bread. They do!When guests from out of town ask "Where's the best French Toast?" We bring them here.If you can't find something you like on their menu (that you will enjoy), you probably don't like food! ?
