Customer service was awful the workers had bad attitudes and the coffees was awful it was busy but there is still a level of great customer service and they did not have it.

I was performing work here and the workers here are so disrespectful acting rude and down right ignorant. Other than shane god bless his heart good soul got me exactly what I needed

Cocoa Beach Merrit island is close on Christmas day but their web site shows it being open, bad information for local as well as tourist.
Some of the folks here are nice, but generally my drinks are always made wrong. The matcha here is always so much grosser than the other stores aswell. Everytime I order from here I end up having to go to the other starbucks on the island for a remake. Also why bother drawing on the cup if its just a cruddy smiley face?

This place is ridiculous! The employees here are too busy, faking accents and having a good time while customers are waiting. This morning, even though I’m handicapped, they said the drive-through was unable to take Apple Pay. But I could walk inside and place the order. The whole reason I go to the drive-through is because I’m handicapped. It’s difficult to walk in the first place. I kindly went to the window and asked the employee if he would mind walking my phone over to the Apple Pay at the register to handle the transaction and they said that they would not be able to do that. Even gas stations have a phone number. You can call for an attendant to come outside and help a disabled person. It’s sad that Starbucks does not offer that same courtesy. When I did finally go inside, there was no one ready to take orders at the front register and a bunch of employee standing around joking, like I said above. Talking and socializing through the headsetand not truly busy enough. This is the new world everybody lazy employees with little work ethic.

Came to this Starbucks Drive thru and been here before inside. At the drive thru in the morning, the girl handling the order was pretty rude and dismissive; especially when I asked her to notate “nut allergy.” Instead of proceeding to notate it she went to be combative and say “ we don’t have any nuts here.” Not my first time at Starbucks so I know that they do, she proceeded to ask in what do they have nuts in? So I simply asked her to notate the ticket and if she wasn’t sure to ask her manager. ( assuming she might be new). However, that’s pretty scary for Starbucks not train their staff or their staff to be so dismissive of a big safety concern ( and fyi I was ordering an iced Americano with whip) so pretty simple order. This wasn’t a complex order. I asked to speak to the manager, the girl at the window did get her. But quality of Starbucks service is dwindling, and not sure it’s worth the high price of a coffee and their lack of concern for customer safety. An allergy can send you to the hospital for hours and be financially taxing or even death. If I could have brought my Jura on this trip, I would have to avoid coming here.
