Ordered a cortado. Which is supposed to have a strong blonde espresso shot and left with too hot to drink milk with brown sugar :((((

This place is ridiculous! The employees here are too busy, faking accents and having a good time while customers are waiting. This morning, even though I’m handicapped, they said the drive-through was unable to take Apple Pay. But I could walk inside and place the order. The whole reason I go to the drive-through is because I’m handicapped. It’s difficult to walk in the first place. I kindly went to the window and asked the employee if he would mind walking my phone over to the Apple Pay at the register to handle the transaction and they said that they would not be able to do that. Even gas stations have a phone number. You can call for an attendant to come outside and help a disabled person. It’s sad that Starbucks does not offer that same courtesy. When I did finally go inside, there was no one ready to take orders at the front register and a bunch of employee standing around joking, like I said above. Talking and socializing through the headsetand not truly busy enough. This is the new world everybody lazy employees with little work ethic.

Came to this Starbucks Drive thru and been here before inside. At the drive thru in the morning, the girl handling the order was pretty rude and dismissive; especially when I asked her to notate “nut allergy.” Instead of proceeding to notate it she went to be combative and say “ we don’t have any nuts here.” Not my first time at Starbucks so I know that they do, she proceeded to ask in what do they have nuts in? So I simply asked her to notate the ticket and if she wasn’t sure to ask her manager. ( assuming she might be new). However, that’s pretty scary for Starbucks not train their staff or their staff to be so dismissive of a big safety concern ( and fyi I was ordering an iced Americano with whip) so pretty simple order. This wasn’t a complex order. I asked to speak to the manager, the girl at the window did get her. But quality of Starbucks service is dwindling, and not sure it’s worth the high price of a coffee and their lack of concern for customer safety. An allergy can send you to the hospital for hours and be financially taxing or even death. If I could have brought my Jura on this trip, I would have to avoid coming here.

The bad staff was on shift this morning. I always come here twice a day sometimes more because it’s close to my house however from time to time they’ll have someone that’s rude. Today they outdid themselves being rude I earned a free coffee and they had the nerve to serve cold cold coffee. Which I did not order and it was not meant to be cold because it didn’t even have ice. They did it because it was free. I spend a couple of hundred dollars at this place weekly. I called to speak to the manager and the guy would not let me. That made it worse. I would recommend going to the store across the street by Ron Jon’s. They get their orders right.

Consistently the fastest Starbucks on mobile order turnaround time I have ever experienced. The staff is super friendly and always greets you regardless of the day or time you go. Their only challenge is they are on a postage stamp of a property and the drive in line often interferes with the parking lot or sometime spills out into the street at the Banana River Blvd entrance. The other entrance is the way to go.

Pretty disappointed in my experience. I ordered my drink and said half decaf. I noticed it wasn't stated on the screen. I asked the guy again, does this have half decaf because I can't have much caffeine, I'm pregnant . He said yes. I received my drink and drove back to my hotel noticed it had a regular espresso stated on the cup. I gave it 3 stars because my other drinks were correct.

Nice Starbucks. WiFi speed is not great though, Speedtest clocking under 18Mbps download and 4Mbps upload.
