This Starbucks restaurant is very unsanitary. The tables and chairs are greasy and crumbs are everywhere. The bathrooms smell nuclear and were all clogged in both the girls and boys bathrooms. The employees were rude and judgmental and didn’t fill my drink up to the top. I also asked for a large and gave/charged me for an Xtra large. Yet they still didn’t fill it up all the way. Asked for a water gave me the smallest size possible. Go to the other one in cocoa beach

I gave a 5 stars not only because Starbucks has the best hot chocolate, but because I came in around 4ish and there was only two workers killing it. Yes,there was a line and I waited a bit for my items but the two ladies kept it moving trying to get the orders done with being kind even though they were under pressure. And I believe that they should be recognized for doing the absolute best!Great job ladies!

Went in on a busy day as is every day for Starbucks! Got immediate service! Thanks to Daniel I got to treat my mom and brother out in a timely fashion so we could hit the beach! Parking is always a nightmare in Cocoa Beach so we were very thankful to grab drinks at an amazing rate! In and out!The store has been recently updated from what I could see, it feels like the Apple Store version Starbucks, very open, very spacious! Not a lot of tables but as we were headed (rushing) to the beach and again the quick service from Daniel is much appreciated! Will be going back unlike the 520 store which is always busy and cramped. Thank you for the speedy experience! We made it to the beach and impressed our friends with the timing too!

Would not recommend. 1st thing, I want to make it clear my complaints are not against the baristas, but against management. They had TWO kids working breakfast hour in Starbucks attached to a hotel in a tourist town. The line was out the door, food took forever, people left because the wait was too long. I got my order then they forgot my husband's. Management should have had 3 minimum working, four would have been better. Don't go there unless you have plenty of time.
I just spent 8 weeks in Cocoa Beach and made the new Starbucks (Cocoa Beach Surf) part of my exercise routine. Great service by the two young female staff (should have gotten their names) they had my double espresso long ready in no time with my iced water. Not all staff prepare a long double espresso properly. I will be back at Christmas hopefully the two staff are still working!!

I go to this Starbucks by Ron Jon every day sometimes twice a day. I always order the same thing. I like my coffe sweet and they know this but yet I was insulted by staff member. she was so rude. I will never go there again. there is one right around the corner. they made my drink better and were so nice to me. imagine getting insulted for something that you asked for. no thanks. very very rude. and it's not like the coffee is cheap

The line goes super fast and the people there are very nice. I went inside to pick up my online order and it was ready in 2 minutes. One girl there even offered me a water since I ordered a sandwich. Love this Starbucks! Awesome employees

It's Starbucks, so the coffee and stuff are the same as other places. However, the "ambience" is lacking. It's just a place for tourists to grab and go, not a place to hang out and read or do remote work, etc. The floors are tile and the ceiling is concrete making it very loud. Constant scraping of wooden chairs on the floor and echos of conversations are not conducive to a relaxed, chill atmosphere. The old location at the southern end of the building was much better.
