The lady she was very rude makes me wait like 20 minutes just to check me out she took all orders after me she makes the food then she check me out after my food cold I’m 100% sure not coming back here

This is the first subway that we have visited which has been severely under stocked with drinks and chips. There were no bottles sodas in the cooler, half the chips were gone and 4 out of 8 fountain drinks were out of order. There is also a white liquid running down the front of the fountain drink stand, which was captured in a clear plastic tub sitting on the floor. Either the owner or manager doesn’t care or the store is closing and not restocking for the public.

Attempted to pick up a mobile order at 9pm that was placed at 8:30. Key word here is ATTEMPTED! There was one overwhelmed teen behind the counter dealing with some nasty acting disrespectful pukes. He had no time to make my order without help. If there is not enough help to man the store and handle all facets of that store then online ordering should not be allowed. Eat fresh lol how about eat my ass subway!

A really poor experience..?
The 2 females behind the counter should try to find a new workplaces without human interaction. Made many misstakes with the order and very bad attitude. Other guests came up to the counter while we stod there and also complained about wrong in their orders too..
Those two are not for the serviceindustry.?

As I order the girl who took my order was clueless. I asked what type of cheese she had. She recited all the cheeses, when I asked if she had Swiss she just looked at me with a blank face on, making it seem like I was having a staring contest with her. Then I asked for no meat, and she looked at me again without confirming or asking me to repeat what I said. Then she kept looking at me giving me a stank eye when she was making my sandwich. So I proceeded to order a few order things. I don’t know how old she is but she kept getting stuck on a few big words I stated. Acting like she never heard these food items before. When I asked for a straw she huff and puffed and then aggressively said here.

Disappointed get new workers please!

We ordered 2 Italian subs double meat. And to say they messed it up is an understatement not only was both subs missing stuff but they were on the wrong subs and neither of the subs got double meat. The order took way longer than expected. Wouldn’t order from here again unless we were able to go in and watch them make it. ?

For starters, unfriendly. Very rude. Not busy. We ordered 5 sandwiches/wraps. She added everything without asking. Didnt get what I wanted but also didnt cause confrontation. I am a nice person always friendly. It was awful experience. All tables are dirty too. Whats up! Does everyone hate tourists around here. 2nd place we went to eat with people that dont know how to smile or even be friendly. Kindness goes along way.

Sabrina was absolutely wonderful!! So personable with a great sense of humor and made our sandwiches to perfection. Sabrina made great recommendations and was very educated as a sandwich artist! 12/10 made our experience.

This place is horrible. Store owner is rude and has stopped responding to my emails. She brings a dog with her to work and thinks it's okay to bring the dog in the back of the store where food is stored or prepared. Manager/owner Jacqueline Turco has no concerns for customer health or wellbeing while providing food to thousands of people a month. Avoid this place as you will probably get dog hair in your food.
