my sandwich was amazing but the young woman behind the counter was rude and not happy to be there. we paid for monsters and then was informed by her that they did not have any monsters and told us to grab another drink. i asked if they were the same price and she lied saying yes when monsters are a whole dollar more than the regular bottled drinks. the only reason i did not go up and complain was because i really didn’t want to get into an argument with some random woman on my vacation. anyways, food was great. service was trash.

The food was good. It was mostly clean. The service woman was not friendly. No greeting or words past "what can I get you". No offer of anything else we had to ask for a combo. Really felt like we were interrupting her. Made it feel awkward to sit and eat.

This place is disgusting. When I was ordering I kept seeing flies going in and around the food & the tables looked disgusting. none of them were clean. I also didn’t appreciate the customer service, the heavy set girl was rude and kept rolling her eyes at everything, & the other one just had an attitude the whole time at the cash register. If you dont like your job, then don’t work there. Never coming here again.

We visited this location after getting of the cruise ship, the service was terrible there was a bigger guy (he called him self the manager). He has the worst customer service he hurried my family when we did not know exactly what we wanted, and he was only talking to my younger daughters as in flirting, which really is unprofessional and inappropriate!!! I would never come back to this location just because they way he acted towards my daughters. We did not stay and pay for the food So we went down to the subway south of of cocoa beach.
