The store is always missing items, there are no soft drinks or essential ingredients, such as meat. The attendant is extremely rude and ill-mannered. She yells at customers, as if the sale were a favor.

We ordered through an app because we don't speak English and it would have been easier to just go to the establishment, pick up the order and leave. But they didn't have the main item of the snack and the lady was super RUDE to both of us! She didn't want to listen to us or read what we wanted to say on the phone. Horrible experience!

I was there early in the day, 1:00 p.m. I tried to say I'd go here again, but in the end, "No way!" The lettuce was brown, they had no onions, no Coke, and no Fanta. I wanted small drinks (with the $6.99 deal), but they had no small cups. So they gave me medium cup, with an up-charge! I couldn't believe they'd up-charge me because THEY didn't have the small cups, not even accommodating for the fact that they had no Coke, no Fanta, no onions.

Save your money. Go down the street to Jimmy John’s or get a public sub. Anything is better than this place. There’s barely any meat on the bread it’s like a bread sandwich and the girls don’t even know their own menu all they know how to do is laugh and giggle at each other. The people behind us had to wait over 30 minutes just to get their order. Ours was almost as bad.

If i could, i’d give it a 0. Horrible service, the employees were talking to each other instead of paying attention to my order. I asked for a Philly cheese steak first off the sandwhich comes with double cheese, they put 2 slices maybe 3 on it and 2nd off they kept asking me what i wanted on it as if the ingredients didn’t come with the order, showing they don’t know their menu. definitely had 0 training based on what i saw today. I highly do not recommend save your money and a headache.

Service was the slowest I’ve ever experienced at subway. One junior employee was being trained by someone who didn’t really know what they were doing in the first place. The employee who was competent enough to make food in the first place, was chitchatting with the customers too much, distracting her from her work. This subway location was also out of many ingredients, such as salami and most veggies. The bathroom was also out of order and the employees said they “didn’t want to clean it” and suggested using the restroom at another local establishment. Food was good.

Restroom not available, we asked for key. They stated it got locked in the restroom and referred us to the parking garage restrooms.One lady working counter. Another popping out but not helping customers at all. SUPER slow!Ordered pretzel and thought it was cheese and wasn’t given condiment with pretzel. Asked for cheese and was told it was mustard after we already paid.We were apologized for it being so slow.

Slowest service I’ve ever seen at a Subway. Employees were chatting and making excuses for how slow they were instead of actually making the food. They were out of a couple meats and half the veggies. Bathrooms were broken and unable to be used, and employee said they were waiting to get bathroom fixed until after spring break. On purpose. No napkins in the dispensers.
