Don’t give out coupons with expiration dates and restrictions that only allow one item per visit as “compensation” for orders you messed up. Being told I could only redeem one measly taco was frustrating and insulting.
I threw my coupons down and walked out. I normally spend about $40 per visit. You just lost a regular customer over two free compensation tacos.

I I just had The absolute worst customer service I've ever had in my whole life at the drive-through the lady was screaming at me I drove all the way to the Taco Bell in Melbourne to get food because that's how awful the lady at the drive through was I spent a lot of money there over the past few months and she's making you guys lose a lot of business

Problem isn't exactly the service or the restaurant itself. the problem is Taco Bell. They're constantly rolling out new things and not keeping good things. You barely get a chance to have one of your favorites before it's gone. Constantly going up in price for things you don't really want but you missed the old Taco Bell menus so you keep going back like it's going to be any different. Just find you a regular Taco Shop to go to because this is not it anymore.

Very rude drive thru order clerk. Didnt listen, changed my , had to repeat it 3 times, didnt give me the price of my order, dint tell me when to proceed to pickup, then at window told me if i wanted the total $ amount of the order, to look on bottem of receipt. Very rude, cashier, very rude manager if you could call him one. Will nvr go to that taco bell again. And if they are being rude to tourists they should be fired.

I like to get what I pay for I bought a party pack with double meat, double cheese, etc. to the tune of $66 and received some regular tacos with half the meat of normal that were terribly tossed together and of course they won’t do anything about it. Normally, I would chalk it up as you get what you pay for, but I paid for more.
