We found this place through the internet. From the highway it looks kind of small and probably not great, but we were rewarded with a terrific supper. We both had grouper, and the chef customized it for my wife's allergies. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be back.

The food was unique, tasty and creative with an artful and fun presentation. The staff was attentive, professional and friendly. The restaurant is cozy (albeit cold), comfortable and inviting. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff acknowledged us for our celebration and even brought us a few complimentary treats to enjoy. We've lived nearby for 18 years and always forget about it, we've finally made it and will definitely be back. An absolute keeper!

Excellent experience at The Fat Snook. Megan was a gracious and very knowledgeable host and started us with a delicious amuse-bouche and verde sauce. The chef kindly accommodated a vegan dish not on the menu, which was greatly appreciated. The Caribbean corn bread had perfect texture and flavor, the fair catch was cooked beautifully with a great crust, and the maple bacon cheesecake was the perfect finish. Highly recommend.

We loved it! We’re from up North and we don’t have many options even close to this! Food was so fresh, very well plated, and unique! We tried all of the appetizers during their happy hour and we were very impressed. Also tried one of the specials a red fish dish and the fish basically melted in your mouth. Great atmosphere. Whole staff is very friendly and all of our food came out very quickly for how much we ordered. Server was very knowledgeable and attentive.
