Yummy smoothies and breakfast wraps. Nice, clean place. Open early for breakfast before work. Friendly staff offered suggestions and provided quick service. We'll be back!

Best 'Tropical Smoothie' smoothie I've ever had!! Was there 11/26 around 10am. Girl working the cash register was super kind and courteous!

It didn't measure up to other locations. The smoothies tasted watered down. Pretty disappointed. Other locations are fantastic.

This used to be my favorite Tropical Smoothie, but something has changed. They use to have the best team of young people working in there, but maybe they moved on. The current staff is still friendly. But the food prep and quality has gone down....especially if you order to-go or online. The BBQ Chicken Flatbread I ordered was crumpled up so badly that I barely recognized the ingredients when I got home to open it up. I think a lot of quick service restaurants can learn from Chick-Fil-A and how they train their staff. You don't have to like Chick-Fil-A's CEO or their company, but the young people they employ at their stores make you believe care was put into the food prep. Admittedly it's a little "Stepford" at times, but it' great. At this Tropical Smoothie it may be a staffing, management or training issue. I hope it gets better.

MY SMOOTHIES WITH TROPICAL ARE THE BEST!!!

I am not sure what the problem was with the entire front end staff on Monday 5/13/19. I had a large order that I placed online that required multiple bags and trips to my car. I also had an additional order that I tried to call and add. They said they couldn't, and did not offer to take it over the phone and put with the online order I placed. The initial person at the register took that order, gave me the order they had ready minus the smoothies...I had to ask for them. They didn't put any straws in the bag, I had to go back for them. When I went back in for them there was another bag on the counter...that was the additional order. I didn't know it was mine. I thought my order was complete. They let me leave, when I called them they blamed me for leaving it. They also didn't give me any receipts or knives for the multiple chicken bowls I ordered. I told them to give the receipts to the person coming to pick up the order " I left behind"....they didn't...I had to go back and get them. When I walked in they blamed her for not taking them. There is no accountability, initiative, respect, or customer service. I will NEVER use them again.
