Waves Craft Kitchen

Not sure if it was an Opentable issue or restaurant, but they did not have our reservation. The hostess was very accommodating and found us a table. The drinks came quickly but the water tasted terrible. Our appetizer never came and our salads came with our dinner. Someone brought out the appetizer when we were halfway through dinner. The charred Caesar Salad was just ok. A little too much anchovy taste in the dressing. My wife had a regular Caesar which was soaked in dressing. The blackened Grouper was the star of the night!!! Very good portion and delicious. Overall not a very pleasant experience, especially because I noted on the reservation it was our anniversary. This restaurant was in a Hilton Hotel with very little atmosphere other than a hotel setting.

If you are looking for a unique culinary experience this is your place. Presentation was superb. Hubby had the scallops and pork belly with frisee and fried shallots. Pork belly was 90% pork and there were 3 large sea scallops. Presented at the table in a smoke filled dome. Smoky flavor permeated the dish. Delicious. I had the 8 oz filet. Wasn't as tender as I'm used to for filet. Presented with mushrooms and a sauce. For $44 it should have come with something more in my opinion - a salad, a few sprigs of asparagus, something. Everything was a la carte. Waiter was very attentive. We were seated in the bar area without asking us if that was okay. It was a very quite night so fine for us. Nice to try but not too many items on the menu so we won't return here.

Marlene took care of us Thursday and Friday, she was so personable and remembered us and our drinks! We had her inside and outside on both occasions. She was very accommodating to menu questions!

Lovely food. Steak and salmon both well cooked. Marlene was excellent host, very happy and attentive. Slight wait on food but was busy, which is a good sign.

Staying at the Hilton Hotel in Cocoa Beach and decided to have dinner at the Waves floor 2 at the hotel. Everyone was very amicable and courteous. Our waiter, Julio was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had an amazing experience, excellent ambience and delicious food 🥘🍷🍷

Went to Waves and it was so good we went back the next night! They don’t have an extensive menu, but what they do they do very well. Our server Julio was one of the best we’ve had anywhere. Enjoy!

No words can describe the excellent cuisine that's delivered in this cozy Hilton hotel restaurant. My wife and I shared the Korean chicken wings, tuna tartar and braised pork belly and sea scallops as an entree. Tres magnifique. Best in a Cocoa Beach hotel.

Love this place, amazing food and drinks, staff is perfect. Bartender has mad skills and so friendly. This is seriously a hidden treasure in Cocoa Beach. This local will be back soon for another great date night.
