No meat, only chicken sandwiches. Not even closing time! Order took at least 20 minutes!
Gave me the wrong order then I gad yo wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to walk out my luke warm order. Bad for even burger King
Excellent service today. Social distancing in place. Everyone wearing masks and gloves. Hope that helps for those concerned. Food was good too :)

Not a big big deal, but ordered onion rings with my meal, and there were some fries at the bottom of the little container. If you get an empty container and add onion rings. How do the fries get in? And at the the bottom, which means they went in 1st, right? I wasn't fussy enough to go back. I like fries, but it DID take up space for a few more rings, which is what i wanted. The rings were great!
Quick stop on the way back home, from Orlando Airport, plus you can dine in.
Must be the slowest drive thru in America even when no one in front I have to wait more than usual ,nuggets are usually over cooked, and they take entirely too long to serve you your food.
One car in line. Ordered a plain spicy chicken and a double cheeseburger and a large coke. Received a regular chicken sandwich with some kind of sauce on it, a single bun and a single patty with a massive blob of ketchup for the burger and a small coke.
I've never written a review for anything before but I felt like I had to. I first went through the drive thru and couldn't stand the stench it was so terrible. I sat outside for over 5 minutes with no one taking my order. When we went inside to order instead, not one employee was wearing a mask, not even the man at the front taking the order. Other families left because of the lack of safety. Even the manager wasn't wearing a mask. I just can't understand why an establishment would allow these kinds of conditions, especially at this time. I'm so disappointed.

I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins and nobody answered when I said "hello" so I pulled around to go into the store and the workers literally came out and said "are you coming in here?" While they started to light up a cigarette so I just got in my car and left. I wish I didn't even have to give them one star.

Somebody please tell me how this restaurant is even still open. Everything was wrong from the second you pulled up. 35 minutes to get cheese sticks. Manager was rude. When asked for my paid slip I was refused. When I ask for information to contact corp franchise office, manager told me to get it off her vest.. Seriously the worst thing I have ever encountered. Shame on Quality Dining inc. You need to close the store and start over.
