I had lunch today and the brisket and pulled pork was out of this world. The service was exceptional and the staff was extremely friendly. I'll definitely be back.

I never post bad reviews cause I know how hard it is to run a business but this time it needs to be said and I know I’m not alone with the service complaints, I’ve seen a lot of post on Facebook. Absolutely horrible customer service. I got there at 4:30 on a Sunday with 3 people in front of me. @5:00 I walked out the restaurant extremely dissatisfied after you had 4 employees working on one small order with a line of customers and 0 urgency. I’ve worked in numerous kitchens that were 1000 times busier than that and food never took 30 mins. Not to mention food that’s already made and just gotta scoop and cut and serve it. Absolutely disgusting behavior on the staffs part. I will never be back. I’ve heard stories of people waiting a good while but overlooked it cause the food is good but this leaves a bad taste. It’s one of the reasons i never really go cause I don’t have time to wait.

This is the only place in the area to get bbq. Don’t sleep on the turkey, this one isn’t dry. The Mac n cheese has a slight heat to it that is perfection. All of the meats and sides are absolutely delicious!

Ribs were too fatty, where’s the garlic bread. Brisket and pork were good, baked beans good too.

Great bbq but insanely over priced.
2 - 5 oz brisket sandwiches, bag of chips and a fountain soda $20.
We two sides, Mac and cheese $5 and coleslaw $5.
$54 lunch!
Brisket was the best I've had in a Ling time but for $50 for two people is a lot.

Line was excruciatingly long. Service from one particular person was horrible, rolled eyes when asked if there were any gluten free options .. corn tortillas? , or if potato bread had flour? , when asked for a small sample she made it clear it was an imposition , took her time and gave a small bit of fat not one piece of actual brisket. We had never been here before so we were not familiar with how to order nor the menu.
The cookie was not good but realized it had smoked walnuts very strange taste.. The turkey was tender and the macaroni and slaw were good as well but potato salad was strange in texture and flavor. Price was very high for a bbq place.
Wont be going here again!

This is where the meat is.
Real bbq...real smoker.
Line out the door for food..10 people in line.
HIGHLY SUGGEST you order ahead the when arriving just tell cashier of order to immediately checkout.
The obvious hold up was the single employee cook cutting meat to order...he's not slow..just needs help when busy.
Worth the wait and drive to cocoa village...nice staff..military discount

Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian option...we love our pork at this place

It's a shame the Downtown Melbourne location closed because it was a night and day experience compared to the "original" Cocoa location. The Melbourne location was great, quick, friendly service, always able and willing to make accommodations upon request. I can't say the same for Cocoa. Painfully slow service (30 minute wait behind 5-6 customers), out of common items (never had this problem at the DTM location), prioritizing online orders that are 30 minutes out over the customers standing right in front of you and having to wait outside in Florida is never ideal. Will NOT be coming to this location again. Hopefully the new location on Eau Gallie has the service/quality of the Melbourne location but if it's anything like the Cocoa location, they've lost a customer. Very disappointing.

I paid extra for brisket as a part of a combo meal and didn't actually get any brisket. 100% Pure fat. Not even a spec of meat. Really disappointing because I was excited to try this place.
