Probably the most unfriendly bartender I’ve ever encountered. Rude and sassy.
I really want to like this place. The beer is great. The service is so hit or miss though. One woman is particularly rude about children. Which is a shame because I know one of the owners has a daughter and is great and welcoming towards kids.
I watched her interact with a child today and she said verbally, very loudly, while the child and everyone in the brewery could hear "I do not understand children. They are NOT for me."
Don't sell yourself as a family friendly brewery if you hire staff that is aggressively anti family
I'll probably come back, but if she's working I think I'll turn around and go to bugnutty, because the service is much better, even if they don't have coloring books.
Wonderful brewery!! If you're into sours, they have some good ones!!! Will definitely return here, thank you!!
Delicious craft beers ?!
The pistachio beer is one of my favorite beers I’ve ever tasted. Great vibes and dog friendly!
We stopped in on our trip to Cocoa Beach and were not disappointed. Coming from Wisconsin, we’ve had tons of great beer. Dirty Oar has some of the best beers we’ve ever had! The bartender was so friendly when we stopped in. As a military/law enforcement family, we loved the atmosphere and show of support.
One of the best breweries in the area. Family and dog friendly. Beers are fairly priced ($5-6/pint, some specialty are higher). Nice outdoor area, friendly staff and food trucks most days.
Tried the Moscow Mule Sour & the Dill sour, both were delicious!
Been a fan of the Oar since the place opened. We have many friends here and it's just a friendly atmosphere. All of the BrewTenders (Mila, Lindsey, and Raimy) are very friendly and knowledgeable about the selections on tap. If you don't find something you like on tap, come back in a week. The owners and Brew Master Chris keep a pretty good rotation going so you'll find something you like that'll keep you coming back for more! Keep an eye out on Untapped too.
Parking can be a pain sometimes, but there is overflow parking down the way just a bit and across the street in Cocoa Village too. They don't serve food beyond pretzels, but there are 2 restaurants just next door and they have a variety of food trucks out back pretty often too.
Always a relaxing atmosphere, with a good selection of drinks and snacks. Enjoy the game nights and hanging with Mila the bartender and crew!

Fun little brewery with patio
Absolutely LOVE this brewery. After a LONG road trip, we were so grateful they filled a few growlers for us just before they closed. Got to meet the brewer Jay and needless to say, we will definitely be back here. Delicious brews, amazing staff (looking at you Mila), and with such a great environment. If we didn't live on the opposite coast- we'd definitely join D&D on Wednesdays. Can't wait to come back and get more growlers filled and chug another with Jay. Pinkies up!
Good brewery with a variety of tasty beer. Has a nice beer garden area perfect for relaxing outside.
Nice atmosphere with fun varieties of beer
