I gave 4 for atmosphere because there are cool employees there but who did I piss off? I ordered an egg and cheese wrap AND I tipped for it and it’s like a hit or miss. But. Dunkin don’t ever miss the 350-450 a month I spend there. Not anymore
The young lightskin Caucasian SUPER cool he’s not even working or the tall guy w dreads. And like two other employee who always go above and beyond. But at least 2-4 times lawd idk if I’m hated or what

Been going here for a long time. Last two weeks coffee is sour and nasty can’t even drink it. Tried one more time today awful. I will go down the street to Fisk they are nicer and better coffee. Get a clue king street. Yuck. I complained to worker in morning she blames someone else and hers was bad too.

They are not open the hours listed. I'm not sure what is so difficult about posting your real hours. Yet again, I arrived within 30mins of closing. They say they are closed. I'm tired of it so my company & home will now just seek a new daily location that's not Dunkin. It is just dumb.... why not just say you close at 6:30? Instead of 7. Etc..... or are you so simple that you would close 30mins sooner than your new posted time. Lost $100's in business. Just plain stupid. Bet when you go to Walmart they dont close 30mins early on you..... it would be fine if it was a 1 off.... it all the time... opening is the same. 20 to 30mins after posted. Just change your hours.

Whoever the guy with curly hair and the other guy in the back we just had made the BEST iced coffees, wake up wraps, and snack on bacon we have ever had at a Dunkin. Can’t even believe it tastes this good when it’s made with care.

Went there the other day and had a wonderful experience! Staff was on point, the coffee and doughnut was delicious! The place was clean and welcoming! Taking the wife and kids there soon for a morning/afternoon treat!
