Employees hide to not work… this is not the first time

Stopped in to the drive in window about an hour ago and ordered the same thing I ordered about a year ago, a "large iced vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso." I speak excellent English, was born and raised in Melrose, Florida and Have NEVER had my speaking or writing questioned by anyone. The employees were rather rude, and asked me several times to repeat, like they weren't sure of themselves. So somebody else got on the "radio" and asked what I wanted, and I proceeded to repeat myself several more times, and was told to "pull around." Simple, right.? What I received was a vomit inducing concoction of who knows what. I drank a swallow of it and now I feel nauseous. Very unusual taste, NO vanilla, and it wasn't coffee.The wife had 1 sip and spit it out the window of the truck, and dumped it in the yard when we got home. Haven't been there in awhile as I purchased my own espresso machine on amazon. Not sure what happened to this place, but a year ago they had decent iced lattes and very friendly staff. A neighbor just stopped in and told us that it's no secret in Port Saint John that the DD has gone right down the toilet and they haven't been there for ages. Do yourself a favor and purchase your coffee elsewhere. Or do like me, and get your own espresso maker. I will NOT be returning to Dunkin Doughnuts again. Ever.

When you go into this place make sure you ask and check your total in your receipt because they will over charge you and they won’t do anything about it if you don’t pay attention and if you do pay attention and bring it up to them on the why you being charged that amount they will give you an attitude about it like how dare you !!! We went in and got a ckiebutr cold brew for my wife and some donuts for the kids. So she orders half a dozen donuts and 1 cookie crumble 2 glazed and 3 grinch one that they have for the holidays welll she doesn’t tell us that those aren’t included on the half dozen. And she put them in a box gives us the total and charge us for half dozen $8.49 and another charge for 3 specialty (which she messed up the icing ) for another charge of $5.37 she gives us 3 regular donuts charges us for half dozen and then 3 specialty donuts for extra 5.37 she over charge us about 4$ dollars more than she should have and only give us half of the donuts she charged us for and she got an attitude about it when my wife ask why was that extra charge if we didn’t even get that she say I can give you the other 3 donuts to make that half dozen (that she had already charged us for ) and she literally threw 3 donuts in a bag and put it in the counter with out saying a word like we magically supposed to know is for us . and the “cold brew drink “ 😂😂 it sucked it looked like they scrambled it up and put it in a cup with hate not even tried to make it look Ook or somewhat good tasted terrible over all it was a waste of $18.93 that is should’ve gone and spend it else where instead of this so called “Dunkin’” soo remember people next time you go to the Dunkin donut in port St. John cocoa fl 32927 make sure you check your charges before you leave and always ask for your recipes to see what you being charged for. Amanda is her name by the way she’s terrible with customers and a bad attitude problem (see for yourself below)

Came for a quick coffee and bagel minis between meetings. I visit a dunkin weekly and figured I had plenty of time. It took way too long to get the order. Hopefully it was a minor issue.

I came in for a coffee one afternoon in mid-November, and the experience was awful. The staff were rude, the coffee was poorly made, and the place felt dirty and sketchy. Definitely not up to Dunkin' standards.

If I could give no stars I would. This place sucks. The crew the food the drinks everything. The employees do not care about the customers or service they are given. Just another franchise making the dunkin name look bad. Patel management get your shit together!!!

I keep going back hoping that things will improve and that my experiences are just one off but every time I go back there's always something wrong with my order :( I have asked for oat milk and received dairy, asked for half caffeinated and received full caffeinated. Multiple times each. With having worked as a barista for over 5 years, the big things you don't do is you don't give someone caffeine when they ask for no caffeine and you don't give someone dairy when they ask for non-dairy. They don't ring it up correctly which is what I see every time that there is an issue. Most of the time they'll repeat it back to me correctly? But after I drive away and try my drink I check the ticket printed on the cup and it's been rung up incorrectly. The few times they do give me my receipt are the few times that things are correct. I'm just disappointed:(

The only plus to this location is the woman who works morning shifts window, she's very sweet

UPDATED REVIEW: My 1st review was all 5 stars due to Melissa's customer service, but I never tried any food; sadly due to the lack of cleaning & lack of cooking skills we now wish we had never ordered any food at all, it was THAT HORRIBLE!!! Although the customer service was extremely helpful the issue is the food and the cleanliness of their kitchen. It is obvious their oil has not been changed in a LONG TIME, plus their oven has not been cleaned, not just deep cleansing but also every day required cleaning. We know this by the horrible taste left in our mouths even after spitting out any of the food we tried eating. If we ever come back it will ONLY be for a coffee.
1st Review: I have only enjoyed wonderful coffees from here and both times Melissa went above and beyond to not only make my coffees fantastic but she also brightens up the shop with her inner light radiating the whole donut shop! Thank you Melissa for your help each and every time and for always spreading your positive energy; Melissa, you are beyond appreciated!

Parking: Parking lot is shared with the Shell gas station... ⛽ Drive-Thru is quick and easy as well..

The server was very polite and spent time with our 2 year old to help pick the perfect verity of donuts. They were out of what the baby liked, so they gave him some free donut holes. The baby was excited about this and felt special

Lately this location has been allowing all the homeless people to come in. They are just welcoming them in giving them water and let him them hang out inside, I only come here to get donuts for my children and I don't feel comfortable with a bunch of homeless people around me and my children Y'all need to address this issue like right now because nobody feels safe there. Stop letting these people hang out.

Extremely rude attendant when trying to confirm why I didn’t get my delivery order, they hang up when you ask who you’re speaking to and they 95% of the time get your order wrong. This has happened to me on more than 5 occasions. They need a customer service upgrade.
