Absolutely the worse Dunkin out of anywhere I've ever been to how you take somebody's order and ten minutes goes by and they didnt even know we was waiting for food so we ask for the food and now they already handed all the croissants to the drive through I will never in my life go to another Dunkin donuts you suck and should fire all of your employees for incompetence and why does all your food always taste like soap

Not every Dunkin is created equal. The Dunkin off of Fay in Port Saint John is the worst one I’ve been to. The staff are rude and do not know how to make coffee or read directions. If it says whip cream you put whip cream. They cannot keep track of online orders and argue with you about the order you know. The donuts barely have the icing on them, sandwiches taste like they have cleaned in years, and the coffee is subpar. I would recommend avoid this establishment!

Every time I come to this location my iced caramel craze signature latte taste like regular iced coffee pretty strong on the coffee no sugar at all or caramel you can also see coffee grounds on the bottom of the cup ? my donut was thrown into a paper bag upside down & then handed to me poor customer service ?

Got a room temperature croissant with sausage that tasted like melted plastic, took one bite and tossed it. No offense to the guy at the register, but how much fentanyl did you do last night? Dude sounded like the movie Trainspotting in slow motion. There were about 4 different kinds of donuts, rest of the racks were empty including the bagels (noonish).Tried this place twice and Fleetwood Mac said it best, "been down one time, been down two times, never goin' back again".
