This store can't ever seem to get their act together. From wrong orders to somehow messing up pre-cooked and prepared food to the rude employees, this Dunkin needs some serious work. Today they told my husband that cold foam doesn't come on top of a cold brew coffee- that it costs extra. Which is funny because when you look at their menu and website, it clearly states otherwise. It's called Cold Brew WITH Sweet Cold Foam for a reason, but this has just been one of many arguments my husband has had to have with this particular location. They don't know how to make their drinks, they constantly screw up food and the attitudes need some major adjusting. Needless to say, were done with this location and everyone else should be too.

When this place is busy and the coffee is fresh.It has the best coffee in melbourne but if you go there sometimes when it's oil flowers not so good but eighty percent of the time they have the best coffee around

Right now they have a great deal going on at all dunkin locations..a bagel sandwich. Tots. And coffee for 6 dollars..that is a great deal. So make sure to go and take advantage of this deal.
At the time of this review, they offer a happy hour special from 2pm -7pm. But don't bother trying to get a deal. They won't have any food available. If corporate wants to pay them to make cold coffee all afternoon, who am I to complain about not being able to buy their products? To add insult to injury, the size of the donuts is about 30% smaller than they were several months ago, and the price keeps increasing... Maybe I'll just shop across the street.

It would be nice if the employee would actually speak to the customer. Words would be great! A simple “Here’s your order, Thank you and have. A great day or Enjoy your food.” Instead she handed the bag through the window, never made eye contact and didn’t respond when we told her to have a great day. Even a thank you would be good.
