There breakfast skillets & buffalo tenders are my favorite options. Definitely check out the specials though they do some great flavored pancakes.

The food was ok, was not hot when served- as if it were sitting awhile before being served. But what was seen by my family at a FAMILY diner was unacceptable. I am assuming Heather (the owner-blonde hair) and one of her employees- a African American male with longer hair(maybe mid 30’s) name starts with a B but cannot remember (I asked one of the servers who they are), were VERY touchy/feely with one another. On our way out /leaving, We also witnessed outside of the diner on the side/back area of them hugging and kissing. If they are in a relationship, great! But I think those sort of things should be saved for at home or when the diner is closed and customers aren’t present. It made myself and my family very uncomfortable and we will not be returning !! And it is a shame because we frequently dine here. I will also be passing it along to my family and friends to avoid this establishment! I may come in and make another verbal complaint, and if this review is taken down, I will post again because it is VERY unacceptable!!!!!!

My fries were the bottom of the bag (crumbs) some were not even cooked l. My chicken soup was horrible. My hamburger was just dripping in grease and not cooked. I was sick for 2 days.

I love Heather's Place. The staff is very friendly, yes this is a small, clean and quaint diner. The food is awesome. It is well made with quality ingredients. Daily specials are available along with some creative takes on local favorites. A must try!

Whether you love the homey coziness of a great diner or take classes at EFSC Cocoa Campus, you cannot overlook Heather's Place. It's an absolute hidden gem.Service is always personable, kind, and attentive. When I go Heather's I am almost always surrounded by groups of people laughing, chatting, and having a great time. Good food puts one in a good mood, after all. Don't be surprised if you're on a first-name basis by the end of your first meal. First-timers are treated with hospitality, and returning customers like friends.I've yet to try a meal at Heather's Place that I didn't like, but my personal go-to is their BLT on toasted wholewheat bread. Crunchy, vegetal greens, juicy tomato, and salty-sweet bacon served on toasted-brown bread... The only thing that could possibly make it better is a side of loaded waffle fries, complete with creamy, melted cheddar and, you guessed it, more bacon layered on top!Best of all, Heather's Place delivers within a reasonable distance, so if you're taking classes at EFSC, you can either request delivery or take a ten minute walk south of the campus (of course, it's even shorter by car). If you're looking for a great lunch stop and a way to support local businesses, you can't do better than Heather's Place!

One of my favorite places on Earth to have a wonderful meal and 100% recommended! This is a quintessential Diner and such a family atmosphere with great clientele as well! There is always good conversation and banter at this restaurant which is added bonus points in my opinion! The portions are very reasonable and I have never left there hungry.Jesse the cook is my favorite Chef/Cook on Earth and he always makes the most delicious meals!!!Lovely Heather, the owner, is also incredibly amazing and the has a fantastic staff! The prices are also quite reasonable for this area and that allows me to eat there a lot more often :-)The quality of the meals is A++ and I have tried nearly every meal on the menu with complete success every single time! This location is very convenient on Clearlake Road which is also a big plus.I love that they have a drive-thru when in a hurry to get home or to a job or whatever! The place has been remodeled and is very very clean and comfortable for dining. And added bonus that the bathrooms are always kept very clean and nice as well. This restaurant is a true gem in Cocoa!

We ordered take out breakfast this morning and were very happy all around. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and read my order back to me, huge plus! It’s rare to get an even remotely friendly person on the phone while ordering takeout. The food was ready within the timeframe given. The prices and portions were great. The food was delicious! I have a big issue with my eggs being over cooked, I always say “cooked without any brown, light and fluffy”. I forgot to say that this time and my eggs were perfect. We typically order takeout breakfast down the street at least once a week but not anymore, we found our new spot!

Known this girl for many years. I've partnered cooking with her cook for 8 years. You will get good food, cooked well, and friendly locals, with lively conversation. The Who's Who of Cocoa. And you'll leave thinking Bidenflation is a conspiracy theory :)Tell Jesse, Brian sent you.

So I've been here several times now the waitress Katrina she's a whip. And Jesse it's obviously been a cook for a very long time. So one day I ordered a childhood favorite three eggs over medium with french fries they gave me some crazy looks and chuckles but boy it sure did bring back a delicious meal I used to eat when I was a kid. The atmosphere is cute the staff is definitely local the people that come there obviously all seem to know each other and that's okay cuz me as a stranger walking in I didn't feel out of place at all the coffee is good and the prices are right so if you hadn't tried Heather's place she's usually running to the store to get stuff and by the time she gets back there packed I think she does it on purpose I'm starting to figure that out. But all kidding aside I give them an a+ I've been a chef over 30 years amongst my other talents and I give them loads of credit when I leave and I'm full and I enjoyed my meal.

First impressions are good, the atmosphere exceeded expectations, not to say I didn't set the bar low though. After seeing 4 restaurants in less than 2 years I was really interested in seeing how this would go.About 12 minutes after ordering food came, presentation was O.K. better than a lot of other places. I ordered Biscuits & Gravy with Grits & Scrambled Eggs. The eggs seemed deflated. The grits could have been a bit thicker, all in all good. The B&G, however, The biscuits were humongous, and the gravy itself lacked seasoning. The gravy was almost too white and seemed ready made, not from scratch. The coffee was the best I've had from local diners, they use freshly ground beans that they grind in-house. Other diners that are as busy around 10 in the morning usually have burnt coffee, not Heather, I appreciate that.My main takeaway is that there is still some work to be done, that is fine. They just recently opened to the public and I look forward to coming back and trying again, I will post and update when the time comes. I recommend people try Heather's and bring the family too.

Ok. It is new. But nearly 20 minutes after we arrived we were told they were out of gravy. I never got the water I asked for twice. We left. I am hungry and a bear. Too late to go to another place as everything closes at 2. I may try again after they have been established for a bit. It only takes a few minutes to make gravy though. It has been a few weeks so we decided to give it another whirl. Much smoother operation now. Food was good. Service excellent.
