Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a spinach roll, got a spinach calzone. Driver couldn't tell the difference, said so himself. Husband ordered a calzone with pepperoni and banana peppers. Pizza dough was raw in both crusts. I had to cut off the crust and open to add any sort of flavor. I had to coat it in personal seasoning and sauces, because frozen spinach and raw dough are not toppings. My husband's calzone was literally oozing grease down his hands onto his plate.

I would prefer this review to be zero stars but unfortunately we all know that isn't an option. This review is LONG overdue but tonight was the icing on the cake. My boyfriend called and placed a delivery for a large pepperoni pizza at 7:50pm and that it would be forty-five minutes to an hour for delivery. The woman who took the order did not mention they close at 9pm. They chose to flat out not show up. My starving boyfriend never even got a phone call to say “we're not delivering your pizzaâ€. This woman should have just said they weren't taking anymore delivery orders. Prior to this awful experience, we've had at least five different occasions when the delivery time was an hour and a half plus, pizza not cooked and still extremely doughy, pizza BURNT, garlic knots still raw topped with raw minced garlic. You've officially lost our business. Shame on you for such inconsistent food, absolutely awful customer service, and down right rude and disrespect by taking an order for a loyal customer and not bothering to show up and deliver the order. Maybe the employees should be more concerned with customer service and putting out decent food instead of smoking cigarettes.

It seems Hobs have taken over what used to be a disappointing Bizarro's on SR524 so we gave them a try. The flavor was good; but, there was ricotta on our tomato basil pizza that should not have been there and which we don't enjoy. And why do the toppings STOP 1-1/2 inches from the edge of the crust?
This place is very very good I had ordered a pizza one time and it got prepared the wrong way when I called the manager and explain to them what happened they added a credit to my number and informed me on my next visit just call and mention the credit and I will have a large specialty pizza for free last night I did just that and ordered a specialty white pizza with tomatoes and spinach on one half and the other half plain white and I will say it was one of the best tomato and spinach pizzas I have ever had and I'm from New York so I've eaten some good pizza

Hob's Pizza has great calzones and stomboli, either is large enough to share! Since the new owners have taken over, I like they have kept the older menu, the foods there now are wonderful and the prices are great.

It's not the same. The customer service, portion sizes and taste of the pizza in general is different. This is the 3rd time we've ordered and the pizza is lacking. The crust is soggy and the size of the slices are considerably smaller. The Greek salad was much smaller too, even though I ordered the large. I usually split it with my son because it was always enough for two. This time, not so much. The people are also not as pleasant. They answer the phone like they hate their job, I'm not greeted immediately with a happy face when I walk in and there were 3 people just walking around seeing I was there but no acknowledgement or “hello, someone will be right with youâ€. I miss the old crew. I would like to hope they will could get it together and bring customer service and quality food back to this very convenient location.

I'm updating my review from 5 stars to 2 stars based on the new owner and new name of Hobs. This used to be my favorite pizza place and now under the new owners I am being generous by giving 2 stars. I have eaten here five times now with the new ownership to give them a chance. Each time the food was nowhere near as good as the previous owner. The pizza, Stromboli, stuffed shells, salads and especially the dough and tomato sauce are all cheap and sub-par. My friends and I laughed when we saw the Caesar salad was made with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine!! I suggest that people ignore any reviews older than late fall of 2017 as those reflect the previous ownership and recipes.

Good lunch specials here! The pizza is always good, but don't particularly care for the "tipping at the counter" aspect before even given your food (if paying by card)
